New updates from OTASync

The weather this summer ran on some serious random number generation.
Meanwhile, our deployment pipeline ran on focus, planning, and more coffee than we’d like to admit and resulting in over 60 new features and product updates.

• Added new user access permissions
  - Option to allow/disallow modification of reservation prices
  - Option to allow/disallow modification of reservations' discount
  - Option to allow/disallow editing of the prices of the past days only
  - Option to allow/disallow editing invoices by invoice type only
  All of this can be applied to a single user or a user group

• Added multiple discounts in the reservation/room edit & added an option for a discount per night

• When creating a reservation with 2 or more guests, automatically create a guest placeholder so you don't forget to add guests during the reservation check-in or stay

• Added a button in the reservation to view it directly in the calendar

• Added the ability in the Room Edit to change the room to overbooking

• Added 'Double Reservation Warning' which notifies you that for the same date range, room, and guest name are 2 or more reservations so you can check if this is an error or not

• Upgraded Expenses Module so now you have Expenses (One-time), which can always be edited ,and there is a new tab 'Recurring Expenses,' which is something like scheduled expenses, and by editing it you will affect only the future expenses that are going to be automatically created in the regular Expenses tab. We also added 2 new filters, 'Payment Type' and 'Expenses For', in the header.

• Added option 'Financial Room' in the room settings, which allows you to move reservations/invoices/services from other room,s and it won't affect any report or statistic
• Added an option in the Housekeeping App and the Housekeeping Smartwatch app that room is checked and approved for checkout by a housekeeper user
• Added a new currency selector in the Channel Settings that converts the reservation currency to the PMS main currency
• Disabled deletion of the restriction plan if it is connected to a rate/pricing plan
• When creating a Special Offer from the dashboard, there is an option inside it to copy the link and share it with potential guests directly
• Allow Bookings Until now does closure instead of lowering availability to 0
• Added option to lock multiple rooms in a group reservation from the main edit popup
• Added Maintenance Info textarea in banquet creation/edit so that info for the maintenance team can be shared
• Added list of deleted/cancelled banquet reservations
• Optimized the reservation preview footer view
• Added {PAYMENTLINK} shortcode in the automatic emails for guests
• Added an option on the invoices to show article prices without VAT first (before it was always only with VAT Now there is an option)
• Added fiscalization date & time on the invoice print if the invoice was fiscalized
• Added an option to show the column Rooms on the invoice print
• Added the possibility to change the default payment method on the invoices
• Added an option to add a default Custom Footer on the invoice print
• Added an option to show the Guest Signature on the Invoices Print
• Added option to export reservation list to PDF (before was only Excel)
• Added Guest Book report for Montenegro Properties with active Guest Submission module
• Added total price on tooltip details when hovering over a reservation in the calendar
• Added the total reservation number and revenue in the reservation list according to the filters chosen
• In the reservations list, we have added a new option to search only for reservations that arrived with a specific promo code
• Added the ability to add an extra item with a 0 price
• Added an option in the Companies to choose the default Channel for that Company
• When you have an active Inventory Module and when you select a free input of the item from the Inventory module in the invoice, we are now removing that added quantity from the Inventory Module

Multiproperty Updates:

• When the multiproperty mode is turned on, the search bar works for all properties that the user has access to
• Automatic emails for guests can be assigned to multiple properties right on the creation (instead of creating one email per property)
• Added property tag in the reservations list when the multiproperty mode is on
• Added 'property' column when exporting a reservation from the multiproperty view
• Added Multiproperty mode/view on the Invoices List
• Added the possibility to activate an item from the marketplace on multiple properties immediately

Reports Updates:

• NEW Report - Revenue > Extras Revenue that shows all extra services revenue listed by dates
• NEW Report - Guests > Cancelled Reservations that shows a list of cancelled reservations with a reason of cancellation by date
  NEW Report - Housekeeping > Housekeeper Report which allows you to see statistics for the specific housekeeper and supervisor
• Added 'Today' in the predefined date ranges in all reports
• In the Lost/Found Report, we added the option to add a Note when checking the Lost item to be found
• In the Maintenance Report, the price is now editable
• In the Revenue Report, we have added the rooms/reservations in overbooking
• Removed 'note' from the Housekeeping Report (now there is only Room Note)
• For properties in Montenegro, there is now an option in the City Tax Report to choose a certificate under which guests are submitted/registered
• Added Extras Column in the Banquet Revenue Report
• Added Room Type in the Board Report
• Added Rooms filter in the Status Report
• In the Housekeeping Report we have added Floor column
• Added more future dates in the Housekeeping Report settings for Automatic Email Reports
• Added next Reports in the Automatic Email Reports: Banquet Status, Banquet Revenue, Availability Report, Actualized Revenue, Pace Report, Fiscalized Invoices
