🔄 Contact sync Actions
Currently, contact sync creates contacts, updates contact fields and assigns subscription status.
This works great but it's not as flexible as we'd want it to be. For example, it's not possible to add custom, hard-coded data that isn't available in the source app.
With this update you can now add custom data with the contact sync Actions. It's a simple but powerful way to extend what your syncs can do. For example you can now:
- Apply a Mailchimp tag indicating that the contact is part of a specific sync
- Change the marketing status of contacts in HubSpot when they get synced
This is a fundamental piece of the sync experience that we will be building on top of in the near future.
📊 Download web tracking reports
You can now download visit and page view reports as .csv files from the Web Tracking page — ideal for deeper analysis or sharing with your team.
🧩 Salesforce improvements
Two major updates:
- Choose whether new form fills, engagement events, or web visits create a Lead or a Contact
- Salesforce is now fully supported for lead scoring
🛠️ Quality-of-life updates
- Connections can now be paused
