🗂️ What’s new:

  • Salesforce contact sync

🔗 Salesforce contact sync

You can now sync Salesforce contacts — including contact fields — to other tools such as Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and more.

  • Currently supports the Contacts object
  • Leads and additional fields coming soon


New lead scoring operators

You can now use operators in lead scoring rules, giving you far more control over how scores are calculated. Supported operators by field type:

  • Number: equals, higher than, lower than, is empty, is not empty
  • Single / multiple option: is, is not, contains any of, is empty, is not empty
  • Text: is, is not, contains, doesn’t contain, is empty, is not empty

This makes lead scoring more precise and easier to tailor to your sales criteria.


⚡ UI improvements

  • We’ve introduced a new expandable / minimizable navigation bar, making it easier to focus on what matters while keeping key sections within reach.
  • Managing connections is now faster and more intuitive with a new list view and ability to search, sort, and filter connections.
  • The Web Tracking page is now much more powerful with search, sort, and filter capabilities + we've added more columns to the view so you can surface custom trackers and other critical web visit data.

🗂️ What’s new:

Let's dive in.


🔗 Airtable as a source

Airtable is now available as a source app. This means that if you import or add new leads or contacts to Airtable then you can easily sync these to your marketing tool or CRM.

We're also working on making Airtable available as a destination for a true bi-directional sync.


✅ Sync anything with anything (almost)

Previously Outfunnel only allowed creating syncs between CRMs x Marketing tools but this was an unnecessary constraint.

It's now possible to create CRM x CRM and Marketing tool x Marketing tool syncs giving you more freedom to set up syncs.


⚡ Connection management

  • It's now possible to duplicate connections to save time when setting up similar syncs.
  • You can now name connections for easier identification which is especially useful when managing multiple syncs with the same apps.


📊 New Facebook fields

You can now map the following fields from Facebook so it's easier to find the right leads and measure which ads or campaigns started deals:

  • Ad id / name
  • Ad set id / name
  • Campaign id / name
  • Form id / name
  • Page id / name
  • Submit time

🔄 Contact sync Actions

Currently, contact sync creates contacts, updates contact fields and assigns subscription status.

This works great but it's not as flexible as we'd want it to be. For example, it's not possible to add custom, hard-coded data that isn't available in the source app.

With this update you can now add custom data with the contact sync Actions. It's a simple but powerful way to extend what your syncs can do. For example you can now:

  • Apply a Mailchimp tag indicating that the contact is part of a specific sync
  • Change the marketing status of contacts in HubSpot when they get synced

This is a fundamental piece of the sync experience that we will be building on top of in the near future.


📊 Download web tracking reports

You can now download visit and page view reports as .csv files from the Web Tracking page — ideal for deeper analysis or sharing with your team.


🧩 Salesforce improvements

Two major updates:

  • Choose whether new form fills, engagement events, or web visits create a Lead or a Contact
  • Salesforce is now fully supported for lead scoring


🛠️ Quality-of-life updates

  • Connections can now be paused
  • Account email can now be updated on the Profile page
  • Billing email can now be added on the Profile page
  • We’ve optimized our syncing engine and cut 70% of API requests, paving the way for significantly faster and more reliable contact syncs in the near future.

🚀 Instant sync for Pipedrive organizations and deals

We've been hard at work the last few months making Outfunnel better for you.

🚀 Instant sync for Pipedrive deal and organization fields

  • Pipedrive organization field updates now sync instantly (previously every 24 hours)
  • Pipedrive deal field updates now sync instantly (previously every 24 hours)

No more waiting around for your updates to reach connected apps. For example, when a deal stage changes in Pipedrive, you can now trigger a marketing automation instantly — like sending a follow-up email or updating a segment in your marketing tool right away.


💡 Field mapping improvements

  • HubSpot company owner name, first name, last name, and email are now available in field mappings.
  • The field mapping dropdown is now bigger and shows the entity and field type
  • Elementor select fields can now be mapped to Copper dropdowns (and other single-select fields).
  • New Klaviyo fields added: ID, Address, and Predictive analytics.


⚙️ Reliability & performance

  • We’ve done many optimisations to use fewer Pipedrive tokens, reducing the likelihood of hitting daily limits.
  • Architecture optimizations across the board for a faster, more reliable sync experience.

🤝 Sync Pipedrive deal fields to your marketing tools

One of your top feature requests is here: you can now sync Pipedrive deal fields to your marketing apps! 🎉

Outfunnel applies a smart "waterfall logic" to pick the most relevant deal for each contact:

  • First, it looks for the latest open deal
  • If none are found, it uses the latest won deal
  • If none are found, it uses the latest lost deal
  • Deleted deals are ignored

Data updates once every 24 hours (instant sync is coming) and it's available for all users on the Professional plan.

🪝 How you could use it
You could sync the deal stage or status from Pipedrive to your marketing app to send targeted campaigns — like re-engagement emails for lost deals or tailored content for contacts in the "Proposal Sent" stage.

Sync Klaviyo ecommerce events to your CRM

🛍️ Big news! Outfunnel now supports syncing all Klaviyo events to your CRM — not just email opens and clicks.

✅ This means you can now track meaningful lead engagement signals from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce like:

  • “Viewed product”
  • “Added product to cart”
  • “Started checkout”
  • …and more.

✅ Works with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Copper
✅ Makes it easy for your sales team to track and follow up with high-value leads

How to use it

If a lead browses your store or adds something to their cart but doesn’t hit “buy,” your sales team can follow up with context — and perfect timing.

This is a big win for companies that sell in two ways at once — through a sales team and an online store.

Copper 2-way sync

🚀 You can now sync contacts 2-way between Copper and marketing tools

While previously it was possible to sync Copper contacts and field updates to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and ActiveCampaign it's now possible to also sync this information back to Copper for a true 2-way sync.

For example, you can sync new marketing tool subscribers with their subscription status, tags and other custom fields to Copper.

To get started, simply create a new connection.

Other updates

  • Mailerlite: it's now possible to sync contacts to Mailerlite groups when they match the source segment and remove them when they stop matching the source segment.

ActiveCampaign 2-way sync

🚀 You can now sync contacts 2-way between ActiveCampaign and CRMs

ActiveCampaign now supports 2-way contact sync with Pipedrive and HubSpot. This allows you to sync ActiveCampaign contact updates including the subscription status to your CRM so your contacts are always up to date.

To get started, simply create a new connection.

PS. We're also working on making Copper, Mailerlite and Salesforce 2-way.

Other updates

  • Web tracking: Previously, Outfunnel only showed visits for contacts that existed in your CRM. If someone filled in a form on your website but there was not contact creation automation in place then the web visit would be lost. You can now create a web tracking workflow to allow Outfunnel create the contact in your CRM so the visit is available immediately.
  • Pipedrive: Pipedrive is soon introducing API token limits for users. As a result we've optimized the requests that Outfunnel makes and moved to v2 APIs where available
  • Status page: we've improved the status page syncing experience with an accurate sync in progress bar and improved the contact sync status so they no longer get stuck in "sync in progress".
  • Connection rules: app lists now show list id and count (where available) for easier identification and sync planning
  • Field mapping: contact and organization fields are now grouped separately under field mapping for easier selection.

Brevo 2-way sync

You can now sync contacts 2-way between Brevo and CRMs

Brevo now supports 2-way contact sync with Pipedrive and HubSpot. This allows you to sync Brevo contact updates including the subscription status to your CRM so your contacts are always up to date.

To get started, simply create a new connection.

PS. We're also working on making Copper, Mailerlite and Salesforce 2-way.

New lead source tracking parameters

Previously, Outfunnel already recorded UTM parameters from website visits to your CRM so you could track which ads and lead sources converted best.

We've now improved the web tracking script to store Gclid, Facebook, Linkedin and all other ad tool parameters as well.

To start syncing the new parameters to your CRM, simply enable the custom parameter storing on the web tracking workflows.

Other updates

  • Salesforce: you can now sync web tracking activities and lead source to Salesforce
  • We've heard from multiple users that the Dashboard in Outfunnel was confusing an inaccurate. We have to agree so we've disabled this temporarily while we work on it to introduce an improved and more helpful Dashboard.
  • Mapped and incompatible fields in the filed mapping stage of the connection setup are collated to the bottom of the dropdown for more clarity
