You can now sync contacts bi-directionally between GetResponse and your CRM or other marketing tools — including Pipedrive, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and more. This means contacts added on either platform automatically sync over, and are kept in sync together with field updates.
🪝 Example use case
A sales rep marks a contact as "Qualified" in Pipedrive. That status update syncs to GetResponse, automatically moving the contact into the right email segment — so they start receiving the right nurture sequence without any manual work.
To get started, create a new connection.
Monday.com contact sync has been upgraded to full bi-directional sync so updates flow both ways.
🪝 Example use case
Your sales team marks a deal as won in Pipedrive. That update syncs to Monday.com so your project team can pick up and deliver the sale.
