ποΈ Whatβs new:
You can now choose what happens when a form fill comes in for a contact that already exists in your CRM:
This gives you full control over whether new form submissions should update your existing CRM data or leave it untouched.
Note that previously, no data updated for existing contacts
πͺ Example use case A returning lead fills out a Facebook form with updated job title information. With overwrite enabled, their Pipedrive contact is automatically updated β so your sales team always has the latest details without lifting a finger. With overwrite off, their original info stays intact.
You can now select any deal field to update when syncing form submissions to Pipedrive, and use values from the form data to fill them dynamically β just like merge fields.
This means you can map form responses directly to deal fields like deal title, value, stage, or any custom field β and have them populated automatically with the data your leads submit.
πͺ Example use case A lead fills out a "Request a Quote" form with their budget range and project type. Those values automatically populate the deal fields in Pipedrive β so when your sales rep opens the deal, the budget and project details are already there, ready for a faster follow-up.
When contacts no longer match sync rules, you can now choose what happens on the Mailchimp side.
Previously, contacts were always unsubscribed. The new actions are:
πͺ Example use case A trial user that churns is removed from your CRM segment. Instead of unsubscribing them archiving them keeps the door open for future campaigns if they come back. This helps to optimize your Outfunnel spending and makes setting up segments easier.
Happy syncing,
Outfunnel
