We’ve made another round of Planpage upgrades to help you move faster, stay organized, and share cleaner information. The July update includes Comments Inbox, bulk task updates, flexible vendor list PDF exports, improved vendor categories, workflow removal, first-name-only contacts, and PDF exporting from timeline direct links.

Comments Inbox

Keep client and team conversations from slipping through the cracks. The new Comments Inbox gives you one place to review and reply to comment threads across Tasks, Vendors, Documents, Mood Boards, and more, so you don’t have to open each individual item to stay caught up.

Bulk Task Updates

Save time when updating groups of tasks. Select multiple tasks and apply changes all at once, like updating statuses, adding or removing assignments, or deleting tasks you no longer need.

More flexible Vendor PDF Exports

Choose which vendor statuses to include, what contact details should appear, and whether the PDF should show all vendor contacts or only the main points of contact for the event.

Vendor Category System

Make your main vendor list easier to organize and search. Account-wide vendors can now belong to multiple categories, so one company can be saved once and still appear under every service they provide, like venue, catering, rentals, or photography.

First-name-only Contacts

Add vendor contacts with less friction, even when you don’t have every detail yet. If you only know someone’s first name, you can save the contact without adding a placeholder last name.

Remove Applied Workflows

Clean up project tasks faster when a workflow no longer applies. Instead of deleting workflow tasks one by one or contacting support, you can now remove the workflow directly from the project.

Timeline Direct Link PDF Export

Make shared timelines more useful for vendors, clients, and team members. Anyone viewing a timeline through a direct link can now export a PDF themselves, so you can share one link instead of sending separate PDF attachments.
