You can now assign patient conversations to specific team members and customize how you’re notified about activity on conversations assigned to you. This makes it easier to manage conversation ownership and ensure your team stays on top of patient messages.

• Assign, reassign or unassign conversations to specific team members
• Automatically assign an unassigned conversation to yourself when you interact with it
• Filter conversations by assignee
• Customize notifications for your assigned conversations with In-App, Email, SMS, and/or Push notifications
