New Feature: Lead Prioritization and Follow-Up in Opportunities

We’re excited to introduce new tools for prioritizing and following up with leads in Opportunities. You can now identify which leads need attention first and manage more of your follow-up from one place.

What’s new:

• Set a time target for how long leads should remain in each Opportunities column
• Use P1–P4 priority labels to quickly identify leads that need attention
• Sort leads by Acuity to bring the most urgent follow-ups to the top
• See when a lead’s follow-up is overdue
• View key lead details, history, appointments, source, and tags in the redesigned lead details window
• Call, book, message, schedule messages, and log follow-up activity from one place
• Use AI draft to help create follow-up messages based on the lead’s information and history

These updates make it easier to prioritize the right leads, stay on top of follow-up, and move opportunities forward more efficiently.
