Feature Update: Track Forms and Consents Outside of an Appointment

We’re excited to introduce the ability to track forms and consents outside of an appointment and see their completion status in the Documents tab.

What’s new:

• See outstanding forms and consents not tied to an appointment in the patient’s Documents tab.
• Track the current status of each item, including whether it is still incomplete

This makes it easier to quickly see what a patient still needs to complete.
