Patient Chart Export

You can now build and share a customized PDF of a patient’s chart in Prospyr. Choose the records you need, add referral details, and select how to deliver the export.

What’s new:

• Start with a full record, face sheet, referral packet, or custom export
• Include clinical notes, documents, signed consents, appointments, receipts, and quotes
• Reorder sections, apply date ranges where supported, and select individual appointments or receipts
• Add orders, instructions, and referral contact details to the face sheet
• Receive an email link to the PDF, save a permanent chart copy, or send it by fax
• Choose whether to share a copy with the patient through the portal

Patient Chart Export makes it easier to prepare records for referrals, patient requests, and continued care.
