Block Phone Numbers

You can now block unwanted incoming calls and messages in Prospyr. Blocking a number applies across all of your practice’s Prospyr phone numbers, helping your team reduce unwanted interruptions.

• Block numbers to stop calls before they ring, enter a queue, reach voicemail, or reach an AI agent
• Use Block caller directly from an incoming call’s details
• View blocked numbers and unblock them whenever needed
• Keep existing call and message history, with outgoing calls and texts unaffected
