This update allows you to embed payment triggers directly into your PDF quotes and track funding status in real-time within your Realhub campaign.
What’s New?
Dynamic QR Footers: You can now include a campaign-specific QR code on your PDF quotes. When a vendor scans it, they are taken directly to their VPA application with the campaign details pre-populated.
Live Status Sync: No more manual checking. Your Realhub campaign now reflects the live status of the VPA application (e.g., Pending, Approved, Paid) as it happens in CampaignAgent.
Streamlined Workflow: Eliminate the gap between sending a proposal and securing marketing funds.
How to Upgrade Your Integration
To take advantage of these new features, follow these steps:
Update Your Quote PDF Templates: Our CX team needs to enable the payment footer on your brand's PDF quote design. Please reach out to your brand admin and our support team to have your templates updated.
Input your Integration Key: You will need to retrieve your Integration Key from CampaignAgent and enter it into your Realhub settings.
