✨ Photos & Plans and Media Selection just got a serious upgrade

D
Shared by David β€’

Get ready β€” from 2 November 2026, your Photos & Plans and Media Selection screens are getting a whole lot slicker. We've rebuilt how you upload, sort, and select images so you can move faster and spend less time fighting with sort buttons.

Photos & Plans: bigger, bolder, easier

  • Big, beautiful thumbnails as the new default view β€” see your images the way your buyers will.
  • Just drag it where you want it. Reordering your photos is now as simple as dragging a tile β€” no more separate sort mode, no more remembering to hit save. It's instant.
  • Select and act in a flash. Hover to select one image or grab them all with the new Select all, then download, share, or update privacy in a single move.
  • A tidier upload experience β€” once your photos are in, the upload box steps aside so your gallery takes centre stage.

Media Selection: a whole new way to choose

  • A gorgeous full-screen selection view, with large or small tiles and smart sorting (newest first, or flip it around).
  • Jump back in anytime with Manage Images to review or tweak what you've already picked.

The best part? Once you've made your picks in Media Selection, they now flow straight onto your artwork automatically β€” in the right order, every time. No more hunting for the right photo and swapping it in by hand.

Keen to get a sneak peek early? Ask your account manager or support specialist β€” we're switching the new experience on for early-access agencies ahead of the general rollout on 2 November 2026.

πŸš€ Coming Soon: Canva Integration in Realhub (Phase 2)

D
Shared by David β€’

Get ready to transform how artwork is created, customised, and ordered!

We are excited to announce that Canva is coming directly to Realhub as a powered, first-class Artwork Builder alongside our existing native builder option.

This major initiative bridges brand-level design governance with agency campaign execution. Brand networks can now leverage their centralized Canva Enterprise Brand Kits while agency teams enjoy automated property data autofill and seamless 1-click print ordering.

πŸ’‘ What We Are Doing & Why

What We Are Doing

Using Auth0 and Canva’s Connect API & Data Connector, Realhub will allow brand users to sync Canva brand templates into Realhub, automatically populate them with live property campaign details, and attach finished designs directly to Realhub orders for provider approval and print fulfilment.

Why We Are Doing It

  • Drive Design Freedom & Efficiency: Canva is the world's most popular design tool. Agencies want the flexibility and familiarity of Canva, while brands need strict brand compliance and control.
  • Eliminate Manual Data Entry: Realhub automatically injects listing details, agent/agency branding, and high-res property assets directly into Canva templates upon creation - eliminating re-keying errors and copy-pasting.
  • Unified Order & Print Workflow: No more downloading files from Canva and manually re-uploading them into Realhub. Artworks flow straight from Canva into Realhub orders, automatically generating print-ready PDFs, JPGs, and PNGs stored securely in Realhub for provider fulfilment.

✨ Features & Functions Available for Teams

When this initiative launches, teams will gain access to a powerful set of end-to-end capabilities across Realhub and Template Manager:

  1. Choice of Artwork Builder at Order & Quote Stage
  • When creating or quoting artwork within a campaign order, users will see a new "Choose Artwork Builder" modal with options: Canva, Realhub Artwork Builder, Chili*, or Duplicate from Existing.
  1. Centralised Canva Brand Template Gallery
  • Agency users can browse brand-approved Canva templates synced directly from their brand’s Enterprise Brand Kit in Realhub’s Template Selection page.
  1. Automated Data Autofill (Data Connector)
  • Selecting a template auto-populates campaign details (property address, price, headlines, agent name/contact, agency branding) and ordered media assets (photos & floorplans in exact campaign display order).
  1. In-Context Editing & 1-Click Return
  • Clicking a template opens Canva directly. Once edits are complete, users simply exit their Canva window to head back to their campaign order.
  1. Automated Preview & Multi-Format S3 Storage
  • Realhub automatically syncs and generates crisp image previews and stores full high-res PDF, PNG, and JPG files in S3 against the Realhub order item.
  1. Granular Permissioning (Permissions Modal V2)
  • Brand Admins can scope individual Canva templates to specific agencies, services, products, or print providers so agencies only see relevant, up-to-date templates.
  1. Self-Service Data Mapping
  • Brand Admins can map Realhub campaign attributes to custom Canva Data Autofill tags using a self-service Field Mapping tab in Template Manager.
  1. Live Reporting & Insights
  • Track artwork builder adoption across native, Canva, and Chili, monitor active agency connections, and track pending vs. approved Canva orders.

βš™οΈ Setup & Configuration Requirements

Setting up Canva in Realhub is designed to be centralised and seamless:

For Brand Admins (One-Time Central Setup):

  1. Connect Brand Account via OAuth: Navigate to the Brand Admin Integrations page in Realhub/Template Manager and authorise your brand’s Canva Enterprise account via standard OAuth. (Note: Integration is set up centrally at the Brand level, so individual agencies don't need to configure API keys or tokens!)
  2. Sync Canva Templates: In Template Manager, click Sync Canva Brand Templates to pull in approved templates from your Canva Brand Kit.
  3. Map Data Attributes: Use the Field Mapping tab in Template Manager to confirm how campaign, agent, and property attributes map to your Canva Data Autofill codes.
  4. Set Permissions: Open the Permissions Modal to assign template visibility to specific agencies, providers, services, and products.

For Agencies & Account Managers:

  • Zero Technical Configuration! Agency users simply select Canva when creating artwork against an order, log into their existing Canva account when prompted, and start designing immediately. (Agency account will need to be associated with the brand’s corporate Canva account)

πŸ’¬ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Will clients need their own account with Canva?

A: Yes. Realhub allows brand users and agency team members to connect to their existing Canva account (or Enterprise Canva Brand Kit) when creating and customising artworks. Realhub does not sell, or hold any Canva accounts.

Q: Who builds the Canva templates?

A: Templates are created and maintained directly by the brand (or their designated marketing/design team) inside Canva within the brand's Enterprise Brand Kit.

Q: How do I make templates display in agencies to use against orders?

A: In Template Manager, Brand Admins use the Permissions Modal to assign templates to specific agencies, products, services, or print providers. Once permissioned, the templates automatically appear on the Realhub Template Selection page when creating an order.

Q: How do I set up Data Autofill in Canva?

A: Realhub sends full campaign, agency, agent, and media asset payloads to Canva. Brand Admins can use Canva's Data Connector intent on template elements and align attributes via the self-service Field Mapping tab in Template Manager.

Q: My brand already has Data Autofill codes configured on my templates, can I use those codes?

A: Yes! Realhub supports standard property payload attributes. You can verify and map your existing template codes directly using the Field Mapping tool in Template Manager.

Q: How do I make a Canva template not show in agencies when the branding is out of date?

A: Brand Admins can adjust the template’s permissions in Template Manager, unassign the agency/service, bulk update template status, or unlink/remove the template. Once unlinked or restricted, it will immediately disappear from agency order selection screens.

AML Compliance Enforcement - Now Built Into Realhub

D
Shared by David β€’

Overview

From 1 July 2026, real estate agents in Australia become regulated reporting entities under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act). As designated service providers, agents are now legally required to complete Initial Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on vendors and purchasers before commencing any designated service β€” including ordering property marketing.

Non-compliance isn't optional. It carries significant regulatory penalties, and the obligation sits with every agency acting on behalf of a vendor or purchaser. We recognised early that this couldn't be left to manual processes or individual memory β€” it needed to be enforced at the platform level.

What's New

Realhub now includes AML Compliance Enforcement β€” a platform-level gating mechanism that prevents two critical campaign actions from being taken until vendor AML due diligence is confirmed complete:

  1. Approving a quote for a Property Marketing campaign
  2. Placing a new order on a Property Marketing campaign

Until the vendor's AML status is confirmed (either via your connected CRM or manually by an Agency Administrator), these actions are locked with clear messaging explaining why and what to do next.

How it works at a high level

  • Brand-level control β€” AML Compliance Enforcement is a brand/franchise group setting that can be toggled ON by Brand Administrators. When enabled, it applies across all agencies under that brand.
  • CRM-sourced status β€” For campaigns linked to a CRM (Agentbox, Box+Dice, Rex, MyDesktop, VaultRE, etc.), the vendor's AML completion status flows in automatically via your existing data feed. No additional manual step required for CRM-connected campaigns.
  • Manual override for non-CRM campaigns β€” Where no CRM link exists, Agency Administrators can manually confirm vendor AML status.
  • Audit trail β€” Every gated action (blocked or approved) is logged for AUSTRAC compliance reporting. Your existing activity logs capture who attempted what, when, and the AML state at that time.
  • Non-disruptive to existing work β€” Only Property Marketing campaigns are gated. Agent & Agency Marketing campaigns are unaffected. Orders already placed are not retroactively impacted.

What users will see

When enforcement is active and AML status is incomplete, users will see the Approve Quote and Order New Item buttons disabled with a clear explanation β€” either that AML compliance hasn't been confirmed, or that the status hasn't been received from the CRM yet. The messaging guides users to the appropriate next step (check with their compliance officer or ensure CRM linkage).

Finance reviewers in the 2-step quote approval workflow follow the same rules β€” they can still view and review quotes, but cannot approve until AML status is confirmed.

Why this matters for your business

  • Regulatory protection β€” Prevents your team from inadvertently breaching AML/CTF obligations
  • Consistency β€” Enforcement is platform-wide, not reliant on individual process adherence
  • Transparency β€” Clear messaging at the point of action, not buried in policy documents
  • Audit-ready β€” Every enforcement event is logged, giving you a compliance trail without additional effort

AML Compliance Enforcement is available now for brands to enable ahead of the 1 July 2026 regulatory deadline. Contact your Brand Administrator to switch it on, or reach out to our team if you'd like a walkthrough.

New: Redesigned Tiles & New Manage Template Side Modal

D
Shared by David β€’

Overview

We've shipped a major self service overhaul to the Template Manager experience. This release introduces a brand-new Manage Template side modal and refreshed template tiles, giving Brand Admins, Support, and Admins a faster, more intuitive way to manage templates β€” without ever needing to open the template editor.

What's New

πŸ–ΌοΈ Redesigned Template Tiles
Template tiles have been visually refreshed with cleaner layouts β€” scale-to-fit preview images, bold titles, artwork-in-use counts at a glance, and simplified interactions. Clicking any tile now opens the new Manage Template side modal directly, replacing the old cog-based navigation.

πŸ“‹ Manage Template Side Modal
A new centralised hub for all template actions, accessible in a single click from any tile:

  • Edit Title β€” Rename templates inline without entering the editor.
  • Update Thumbnail β€” Swap preview images directly from the modal.
  • Approve / Draft Toggle β€” Switch template status with a single click.
  • Download Template PDF β€” Review the template PDF with a single click within the modal.
  • Edit Template β€” Jump into the editor with role-aware access (Admins always; Support/Brand Admins only on draft templates with Template Master permissions).
  • Manage Permissions β€” Launch the full permissions flow from the modal.
  • Tag Management β€” Add and remove tags without touching template elements, powered by a new reusable tag selector component.
  • Archive Template β€” Quick-access archiving from the modal.

πŸ“Š Artwork In Use
A new overlay modal shows exactly which active artworks are using a given template, including campaign addresses. The count is now surfaced directly on the tile, and the backend has been refined to include pending order items while excluding already-approved ones β€” giving you a true picture of active usage.

πŸ“ Activities & Conversations
A dedicated overlay shows the full activity log and conversation history for any template. This pulls from template page activity records, so every edit, status change, and comment is visible in one place β€” with support for loading 100+ activity entries.

New: Access your campaign details and images within Canva

D
Shared by David β€’

We are excited to announce the first phase of our integration with Canva, a major step forward in bridging the gap between your property data and your marketing designs. We know that design work often feels siloed from property data, leading to tedious manual copy-pasting and brand inconsistency. With this update, we are bringing the power of Realhub property data directly into the Canva workflow.

Labeled the β€œCampaign Connector,” this integration allows you to access your Realhub listings without ever leaving your Canva canvas.

The "Canva-First" Workflow

Phase 1 focuses on a seamless, "zero-friction" design experience. Instead of switching between tabs to find the right photo or double-checking auction dates, you can now find everything you need in one side modal within Canva.

  • Real-Time Search: Easily search for specific campaigns or quickly access your "Recently Used" listings.
  • Drag & Drop Assets: Instantly pull property details, high-res images, floor plans, and ad copy directly onto your design.
  • Agent & Agency Info: All relevant agent and agency details are available at your fingertips to ensure every piece of marketing remains on-brand.

Strategic Value for Your Brand

By integrating property data into Canva, we are empowering agents and brands to handle design work more efficiently while maintaining strict brand governance via Enterprise Brand Kits. This integration lowers the barrier for high-quality marketing on every listing, regardless of the budget.

How to get started

  • Connect Your Account: Access Realhub directly via the Canva menu by searching for the "Campaign Connector" app.
  • Search for a Property: Use the search bar to find the listing you are currently working on.
  • Start Designing: Open the side modal and begin dragging your property images and ad copy onto your templates.

New: Streamline user permissions and notifications with Brand Custom User Profiles

Rob avatar
Shared by Rob β€’

Managing user access just became much simpler. We have introduced Brand User Profiles, a new way for brands to standardise permissions and notifications across all their agencies.

Previously, setting up permissions was a manual process for every individual user. With this update, Brand Administrators can create specific User Profiles based on roles - such as "Sales Agent" or "Marketing Admin" - which can then be applied to users with a single click.

Property vs Agency Marketing

We know that different campaigns require different levels of control. You can now set separate User Profiles for Property Marketing (Vendor Paid) and Agency Marketing (Agent Paid). This allows you to give your team free reign over their own marketing while maintaining strict oversight on vendor-funded listing campaigns.

Standardised Notifications

To help reduce email clutter, you can also create Notification Profiles. This ensures your team members receive only the alerts relevant to their role, such as proofing updates or invoice approvals, without needing to configure these settings manually for every new team member.

How to get started

  • Brand Administrators can begin creating profiles today under Brand Admin > Brand Settings.
  • Office Administrators can apply these profiles by visiting any user profile and selecting the User Permissions or Notification Options tools.

For a full walkthrough of how to set up and assign these profiles, check out our updated Help Centre articles here.

Feature update

Enhanced CampaignAgent Integration

Rob avatar
Shared by Rob β€’

Realhub 4.0 includes a major improvement to our integration with CampaignAgent, to provide a more automated experience for your team and a faster payment path for your vendors.

This update allows you to embed payment triggers directly into your PDF quotes and track funding status in real-time within your Realhub campaign.

What’s New?

  • Dynamic QR Footers: You can now include a campaign-specific QR code on your PDF quotes. When a vendor scans it, they are taken directly to their VPA application with the campaign details pre-populated.
  • Live Status Sync: No more manual checking. Your Realhub campaign now reflects the live status of the VPA application (e.g., Pending, Approved, Paid) as it happens in CampaignAgent.
  • Streamlined Workflow: Eliminate the gap between sending a proposal and securing marketing funds.

How to Upgrade Your Integration

To take advantage of these new features, follow these steps:

  1. Update Your Quote PDF Templates: Our CX team needs to enable the payment footer on your brand's PDF quote design. Please reach out to your brand admin and our support team to have your templates updated.
  2. Input your Integration Key: You will need to retrieve your Integration Key from CampaignAgent and enter it into your Realhub settings.

Improvement

Introducing Centralised Agency Activities

Rob avatar
Shared by Rob β€’

We've introduced a new Activities page in the main navigation menu that pulls in all activity logs across your login, rather than only being able to view activities within individual campaigns.

Here, you can filter for activities after and/or before a particular date, as well as filter for particular campaigns (or even agency, if you have multi-agency access).

To access, simply click Activities in the main menu navigation panel.

Feature update

Smarter, More Transparent Quotes

Rob avatar
Shared by Rob β€’

In addition to uplifting Realhub's Quote Template functions, we've made some improvements to campaign quotes to allow for more control over pricing presentation to vendors, together with better visibility of outdated quote prices.

Orders that have had price list updates since first creating the quote are now displayed in-line on your Edit Quote page, allowing earlier conversations with Vendors about price increases/decreases.

We've also added functionality to update these prices in bulk*, where possible, using the Update Prices button.

Combining this with finite control and visibility on screen as to how prices are displayed or bundled on the PDF Quote makes vendor quoting more streamlined for office admins and agents alike.

You can even create draft artwork for your vendor at quote stage!

If you're not already quoting your vendors from within Realhub, now is a great time to start! Read more about customising your vendor marketing quotes here - if you'd like to learn more, don't hesitate to have a chat with our Support team or your Implementation Specialist.

* Bulk price update may not be available for Quote Template items.
