Realhub's Overviews > Orders is a great way to keep track of what needs doing, and when. In order to get the best out of the orders overview, it's best if your orders have dates assigned to them.
To enable easier application of dates to orders, we've added the ability to assign dates in bulk at quote stage. This allows full control over when orders should be processed, which flows through to your Overviews for improved task management.

We've listened to your feedback and have made a number of improvements within our Quote Templates function to give you greater control.
Quote Templates can now be edited (no more duplicating and re-saving!) and include more options for customisation and control:
We've also added new reporting to see the usage of quote templates, and the ability to filter your Overviews > Quotes page by the quote template used to create the quote.

Realhub 4.0 comes with new designs for sharing campaign photos, plans and ad copy to Agents, Vendors, or other third parties.
The new designs can even be branded with your brand's logo and colours, for improved brand visibility.
To share your photos, plans and ad copy, simply go to the Photos & Plans page of your campaign, bulk select your images and then click Share.
You will then have the option to include Ad Copy, and can choose to include all or only some of the ad copy types.
If you'd like to send only ad copy (and not photos or plans) to someone, you can do this via the Ad Copy > Share tab.
Copy the link and send it on! If the person opening the link isn't logged in to Realhub (for example, a vendor or provider), they will be able to view and download the images as usual. Logged in users (Agents) will also have the ability to download a proof sheet of images if they desire.
Brand Administrators can upload your logo and adjust the brand colour & settings within the Brand Admin Media & Artwork Review Branding module.

Realhub's Priority Campaigns feature allows Office Administrators to flag campaigns as being high priority for themselves or any other user in the agency, to help manage and prioritise workloads.
Priority Campaigns are flagged with a star/icon on Overviews and dashboard modules. They'll also be listed first on Overviews pages, keeping them top of mind.
