Media Selection: a whole new way to choose
The best part? Once you've made your picks in Media Selection, they now flow straight onto your artwork automatically β in the right order, every time. No more hunting for the right photo and swapping it in by hand.

Get ready to transform how artwork is created, customised, and ordered!
We are excited to announce that Canva is coming directly to Realhub as a powered, first-class Artwork Builder alongside our existing native builder option.
This major initiative bridges brand-level design governance with agency campaign execution. Brand networks can now leverage their centralized Canva Enterprise Brand Kits while agency teams enjoy automated property data autofill and seamless 1-click print ordering.
Using Auth0 and Canvaβs Connect API & Data Connector, Realhub will allow brand users to sync Canva brand templates into Realhub, automatically populate them with live property campaign details, and attach finished designs directly to Realhub orders for provider approval and print fulfilment.
When this initiative launches, teams will gain access to a powerful set of end-to-end capabilities across Realhub and Template Manager:
Setting up Canva in Realhub is designed to be centralised and seamless:
A: Yes. Realhub allows brand users and agency team members to connect to their existing Canva account (or Enterprise Canva Brand Kit) when creating and customising artworks. Realhub does not sell, or hold any Canva accounts.
A: Templates are created and maintained directly by the brand (or their designated marketing/design team) inside Canva within the brand's Enterprise Brand Kit.
A: In Template Manager, Brand Admins use the Permissions Modal to assign templates to specific agencies, products, services, or print providers. Once permissioned, the templates automatically appear on the Realhub Template Selection page when creating an order.
A: Realhub sends full campaign, agency, agent, and media asset payloads to Canva. Brand Admins can use Canva's Data Connector intent on template elements and align attributes via the self-service Field Mapping tab in Template Manager.
A: Yes! Realhub supports standard property payload attributes. You can verify and map your existing template codes directly using the Field Mapping tool in Template Manager.
A: Brand Admins can adjust the templateβs permissions in Template Manager, unassign the agency/service, bulk update template status, or unlink/remove the template. Once unlinked or restricted, it will immediately disappear from agency order selection screens.
We are rolling out Phase 2 of Canva integration and are looking for brand partners and key agency accounts to participate in early beta testing!
Why join the Beta?
The app lets you search and import your campaign data - agent details, property images, listing information, and more - directly into your Canva designs without ever leaving the editor.
What's included:
To get started, simply search "Campaign Connector" in the Canva App Store.

From 1 July 2026, real estate agents in Australia become regulated reporting entities under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act). As designated service providers, agents are now legally required to complete Initial Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on vendors and purchasers before commencing any designated service β including ordering property marketing.
Non-compliance isn't optional. It carries significant regulatory penalties, and the obligation sits with every agency acting on behalf of a vendor or purchaser. We recognised early that this couldn't be left to manual processes or individual memory β it needed to be enforced at the platform level.
Realhub now includes AML Compliance Enforcement β a platform-level gating mechanism that prevents two critical campaign actions from being taken until vendor AML due diligence is confirmed complete:
Until the vendor's AML status is confirmed (either via your connected CRM or manually by an Agency Administrator), these actions are locked with clear messaging explaining why and what to do next.
When enforcement is active and AML status is incomplete, users will see the Approve Quote and Order New Item buttons disabled with a clear explanation β either that AML compliance hasn't been confirmed, or that the status hasn't been received from the CRM yet. The messaging guides users to the appropriate next step (check with their compliance officer or ensure CRM linkage).
Finance reviewers in the 2-step quote approval workflow follow the same rules β they can still view and review quotes, but cannot approve until AML status is confirmed.
AML Compliance Enforcement is available now for brands to enable ahead of the 1 July 2026 regulatory deadline. Contact your Brand Administrator to switch it on, or reach out to our team if you'd like a walkthrough.

We've shipped a major self service overhaul to the Template Manager experience. This release introduces a brand-new Manage Template side modal and refreshed template tiles, giving Brand Admins, Support, and Admins a faster, more intuitive way to manage templates β without ever needing to open the template editor.
πΌοΈ Redesigned Template Tiles
Template tiles have been visually refreshed with cleaner layouts β scale-to-fit preview images, bold titles, artwork-in-use counts at a glance, and simplified interactions. Clicking any tile now opens the new Manage Template side modal directly, replacing the old cog-based navigation.
π Manage Template Side Modal
A new centralised hub for all template actions, accessible in a single click from any tile:
π Artwork In Use
A new overlay modal shows exactly which active artworks are using a given template, including campaign addresses. The count is now surfaced directly on the tile, and the backend has been refined to include pending order items while excluding already-approved ones β giving you a true picture of active usage.
π Activities & Conversations
A dedicated overlay shows the full activity log and conversation history for any template. This pulls from template page activity records, so every edit, status change, and comment is visible in one place β with support for loading 100+ activity entries.

We are excited to announce the first phase of our integration with Canva, a major step forward in bridging the gap between your property data and your marketing designs. We know that design work often feels siloed from property data, leading to tedious manual copy-pasting and brand inconsistency. With this update, we are bringing the power of Realhub property data directly into the Canva workflow.
Labeled the βCampaign Connector,β this integration allows you to access your Realhub listings without ever leaving your Canva canvas.
Phase 1 focuses on a seamless, "zero-friction" design experience. Instead of switching between tabs to find the right photo or double-checking auction dates, you can now find everything you need in one side modal within Canva.
By integrating property data into Canva, we are empowering agents and brands to handle design work more efficiently while maintaining strict brand governance via Enterprise Brand Kits. This integration lowers the barrier for high-quality marketing on every listing, regardless of the budget.

Managing user access just became much simpler. We have introduced Brand User Profiles, a new way for brands to standardise permissions and notifications across all their agencies.
Previously, setting up permissions was a manual process for every individual user. With this update, Brand Administrators can create specific User Profiles based on roles - such as "Sales Agent" or "Marketing Admin" - which can then be applied to users with a single click.
We know that different campaigns require different levels of control. You can now set separate User Profiles for Property Marketing (Vendor Paid) and Agency Marketing (Agent Paid). This allows you to give your team free reign over their own marketing while maintaining strict oversight on vendor-funded listing campaigns.
To help reduce email clutter, you can also create Notification Profiles. This ensures your team members receive only the alerts relevant to their role, such as proofing updates or invoice approvals, without needing to configure these settings manually for every new team member.
For a full walkthrough of how to set up and assign these profiles, check out our updated Help Centre articles here.
Realhub 4.0 includes a major improvement to our integration with CampaignAgent, to provide a more automated experience for your team and a faster payment path for your vendors.
This update allows you to embed payment triggers directly into your PDF quotes and track funding status in real-time within your Realhub campaign.

To take advantage of these new features, follow these steps:
Check out the following articles to learn more!
We've introduced a new Activities page in the main navigation menu that pulls in all activity logs across your login, rather than only being able to view activities within individual campaigns.

Here, you can filter for activities after and/or before a particular date, as well as filter for particular campaigns (or even agency, if you have multi-agency access).
To access, simply click Activities in the main menu navigation panel.
In addition to uplifting Realhub's Quote Template functions, we've made some improvements to campaign quotes to allow for more control over pricing presentation to vendors, together with better visibility of outdated quote prices.
Orders that have had price list updates since first creating the quote are now displayed in-line on your Edit Quote page, allowing earlier conversations with Vendors about price increases/decreases.

We've also added functionality to update these prices in bulk*, where possible, using the Update Prices button.
Combining this with finite control and visibility on screen as to how prices are displayed or bundled on the PDF Quote makes vendor quoting more streamlined for office admins and agents alike.
You can even create draft artwork for your vendor at quote stage!
If you're not already quoting your vendors from within Realhub, now is a great time to start! Read more about customising your vendor marketing quotes here - if you'd like to learn more, don't hesitate to have a chat with our Support team or your Implementation Specialist.
β* Bulk price update may not be available for Quote Template items.
