🚀 Overview

This release introduces major productivity enhancements for staff, better URL handling and link management, and critical fixes to reporting dashboards. Highlights include a new staff resume builder, simplified contact creation, and improvements to analytics accuracy.

📄 Resume & Document Management

• PDF Resume Downloads
  Enhanced resume preview with a download button that saves resumes as PDFs instead of web pages.

👥 Staff Productivity & Management Tools

📝 Resume Building & Candidate Support

• Staff Resume Builder
  Launched a comprehensive resume builder for staff to use during in-person intakes, with the same functionality as the candidate-facing tool (resume parsing, skills suggestions, and more).
• Streamlined Contact Creation
  Removed the requirement to include a URL when creating contacts.

🔗 Link Management & Accessibility

• Centralized Link Access
  Added a new Links tab in Settings that provides one-click access to all signup and referral links (Candidate Intake, Candidate Referral, Candidate Signup, Nonprofit Partner Signup, Employer Partner Signup).
• Improved URL Validation
  Updated URL handling so links without “https://” or “www.” are now accepted.

⚙️ System Administration

• Fixed Staff Onboarding Flow
  Resolved an issue where admins got stuck when adding new staff accounts.

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Corrected Dashboard Time Frame Display
  Fixed a bug where 60-day reporting dashboards displayed zeros for resource activity.
