This major release delivers comprehensive platform improvements centered on inclusive terminology, streamlined staff workflows, and critical bug fixes. Key updates include the transition from “candidate” to “participant” language, a full migration to the redesigned homepage, improved navigation architecture, and enhanced analytics tracking for deeper organizational insights.

🎯 Platform-Wide Terminology Update

Participant-Centric Language

  • Comprehensive Copy Updates
Completed the platform-wide transition from “candidate” to “participant” terminology across all staff-facing areas — including the homepage, sidesheets, buttons, and workflows.

Benefit: Promotes more inclusive and accurate language throughout the platform, aligning with the mission to center participants in all experiences.

👥 Staff Experience Enhancements

Navigation & Interface Improvements

  • New Homepage Migration
All staff users are now migrated to the redesigned homepage featuring success-stage–based workflows. The BETA label has been removed, and the legacy homepage has been fully deprecated.

Benefit: Provides a more intuitive and consistent experience that better supports staff in guiding participants toward success.

  • Consolidated Settings
Merged Teams, Staff, and Branding into a unified Settings view and removed the standalone organization page.

Benefit: Simplifies navigation, reduces menu clutter, and centralizes key administrative tools.

  • Enhanced Control Panel
Updated the participant control panel with integrated file management, contact details, and a more efficient layout — while removing redundant profile views.

Benefit: Saves time and improves visibility into participant information, enabling staff to take action faster.

Workflow Optimization

  • Staff Reassignment on Archive
Added a reassignment modal when archiving staff members, allowing users to transfer participants to another staff member before deactivation.

Benefit: Prevents participant gaps in support and ensures smooth transitions when staff changes occur.

  • Improved Resource Ownership
Fixed a critical bug that prevented staff from reclaiming ownership of resources after associating them with other organizations.

Benefit: Gives staff full control over their posted resources and ensures proper ownership attribution.

  • Enhanced Resource Visibility
Added an “Updated On” timestamp to resource cards alongside existing “Posted On” dates.

Benefit: Makes it easier for staff to identify the most current and relevant content when sharing resources with participants.

Communication Tools

  • Streamlined Chat Experience
Simplified the chat interface by removing the Activity and Success tabs and linking participant names directly to their control panels.

Benefit: Creates a cleaner, faster communication flow and easier access to participant information during conversations.

  • Fixed Chat Bot Messages
Resolved an issue that caused duplicate bot messages when new staff were assigned to existing chat rooms.

Benefit: Prevents confusion and keeps chat timelines clear and accurate.

Training & Onboarding

  • Interactive Tour Improvements
Upgraded Help Center tours using the Intercom API, allowing staff to restart interactive walkthroughs multiple times.

Benefit: Enables continuous learning and better onboarding for both new and existing users.

  • Accurate Onboarding Tracking
Fixed a data integrity issue where skipping onboarding incorrectly marked accounts as completed.

Benefit: Ensures reliable tracking of onboarding progress for better administrative oversight.

Data Integrity & Display Issues

  • Duplicate Group Entries

  • Program Completion Status
Corrected enrollment tracking so participants move from “Active” to “Completed” when finishing programs.

Benefit: Keeps program data accurate and up to date for reporting and performance tracking.
