New Features

• AI-Powered Bulk Resource Creation — Staff can now add multiple resources at once by pasting in URLs. RiseKit will automatically pull the relevant details from each page and create draft resources for review — no more filling out forms one by one.
• Alumni Check-In Reminders — Staff working with alumni participants can now set structured follow-up cadences (30, 60, 90, 180, or 360+ days). You'll receive an email reminder when it's time to check in, and completed check-ins are automatically saved as case notes.
• Rename Groups — Staff can now rename participant groups directly from the group view.

Improvements

• Survey Builder Updates — The survey creation experience has been refreshed with a cleaner layout and better organization, making it easier to build and manage complex surveys.
• Smoother Resume Editing — Candidates will find it easier to navigate between sections when editing their resume.
• Search Query Persistence — Candidates searching for jobs or resources will no longer lose their search query when navigating back from a result.

Fixes

• Organization Form Links — Fixed an issue where form links in staff settings were the same across all organizations. Each org's links now correctly reflect their own configuration.
• Resource Sharing Performance — Resolved a browser freezing issue affecting staff at one organization when sending resources to participants.
