🚀 Release Overview

This release delivers significant improvements to employer engagement, candidate application workflows, and staff productivity tools. Key enhancements include automated employer notifications, a streamlined resume builder, and improved navigation across all user experiences.

Automated Resume Notifications
Employers now receive automatic email alerts with candidate resumes when job-ready candidates apply or bookmark jobs.

Benefit: Never miss a qualified applicant—respond faster and streamline hiring.

Resume Preview Restored
Employers can now preview resumes created via the in-app Resume Builder before downloading.


Benefit: Quickly assess candidate qualifications without extra clicks.

Profile Access from Chat Fixed
Clicking on a candidate's name in chat now properly opens their full profile.


Benefit: Seamlessly move from conversation to candidate review.

Improved Candidate Sorting
Applicant lists are now shown in reverse chronological order (newest first).


Benefit: See the most recent applicants right at the top.

Consistent Application Flow
The job application experience is now standardized for all candidates, whether uploading a resume or using the Resume Builder.

New Signups Display Improved
The “New Signups” accordion now only shows candidates added after January 1, 2025, and sorts them by most recent activity.

Quick Access to "My Contacts"
A new "My Contacts" tab is now available in the Resources section.

Benefit: Reach your contacts faster with fewer clicks.

Flexible Resource Notifications
Staff can now disable notifications when sharing resources via the quicksheet.

Benefit: Avoid sending alerts for duplicate or sensitive resource shares.
