🚀 Release Overview

This release delivers significant improvements to organizational workflows, resource management, and overall user experience. Highlights include enhanced resource ownership tracking, improved candidate directory views, and key fixes across communication and job management systems.


👤 Candidate Experience Improvements

📢 Communication & Notifications

  • More Contextual Resource Notifications
    Text and email alerts for shared resources now include the name of the sharing organization.

🏢 Employer & Recruiter Experience Enhancements

💬 Communication & Access

  • Corrected Group Chat Portal Routing
    Notification emails now correctly link employers to the recruiter portal, instead of the staff portal, when accessing group chat messages.

👥 Staff Productivity & Management Tools

📚 Resource Management

  • Cross-Organization Job Sharing Fixed
    Staff can now associate job opportunities with organizations outside their own.
  • Resource Ownership Field Added
    Resources now clearly show whether they were posted by a staff member or an organization, via a new "organization" field.

👥 Contact Management

  • Historical Contact Attribution Restored
    A backfill was completed to populate the "Added by" field on previously created contact cards.

🗂️ Candidate Directory Enhancements

  • Default View Updated for Relevance
    The Candidate Directory now includes updated default columns: Name, Phone, Email, ZIP, Staff Assignment, Team, Group, Status, Created Date, and Resume Upload status. Unused legacy fields have been removed.

📊 Survey & Analytics Tools

  • Paginated Survey Responses Table
    The survey response view now supports pagination, removing the previous 10-response limit.
  • Improved Loading Indicators
    Skeleton loading states have been added to the survey response page during pagination.
  • Smarter Resource Filter Display
    The survey interface now hides resource filters when no resources are attached to the survey.
