You voted, and we delivered! Members now have 12 months from joining a tier to advance. This change rewards loyalty without the pressure of a fixed deadline, offering a more flexible and fair progression.

New customer accounts support

With the new customer experience gaining more interest across brands, we have added a new setting to extend the Loyalty program capabilities. New customer accounts will access their program details, unlock VIP tiers, and receive emails.

Theme extensions for Online Store 2.0

We've integrated Loyalty touchpoints into theme extensions, providing you with the flexibility to create a seamless experience within the Shopify editor.

Our CSV Imports section now shows real-time progress for your file uploads. This upgrade provides greater visibility into your data imports and enhances your ability to manage data tasks efficiently.

New Rivo events for Postscript

We've introduced new events linked to specific customer activities, offering deeper insights into behavior within the Loyalty program and supporting more effective automation flows.
