May kept the momentum rolling, bringing big upgrades to Canvas and fresh enhancements to scaling. From smoother comparisons to smarter ways to grow your creative, this month was all about refining the experience.
At this point, we’re not sure if the tech team sleeps - but we are sure they’ve just shipped two solid updates in Canvas that have been top of your wishlist from the get-go.
Global player controls on Canvas
Canvas now comes with Global Player Controls - so instead of juggling individual play buttons, you can select a bunch of videos and hit play in one go. Here’s how it works:

New layout options in Canvas
Need to view your deliverables in a way that actually makes sense? Now you can.
Want to group by platform? Done. Want to see all your vertical TikTok’s hanging out together? You got it. Need to check consistency across all your Instagram Stories? Easy. Now you’re reviewing apples with apples.
By default, your Canvas still mirrors the order of the side panel, but now there’s a new dropdown (next to metadata options) that lets you rearrange your creative by:
Need to reset? Just choose Default to go back to how things were when you landed on the page.

This is about less scrolling, more clarity, and far fewer headaches during QA. Reviewing creative side-by-side by attribute means it’s way easier to spot things that are off. That sneaky font-size jump or misaligned CTA isn’t getting past you now.

A couple of notes:
Duplicate draft variations
Want to build on something that already works? You can now duplicate any draft variation (not yet submitted to our design team). This copies over everything like for like, including revision comments — opening straight into edit mode so you can make updates before saving as a new variation.
By default, your duplicate will be named “Original Name copy”, but you can rename it anytime.
