What's New - Account Insights Dashboard

The new Account Insights Dashboard is a self-serve, on-demand solution that makes accessing your creative data easier and more convenient than ever before.

You’ll find the dashboard in ShuttlerockCloud under the new “Account Insights” section in the side navigation. Here. you'll discover valuable metrics that provide insights into your creative data, along with filtering options to customise your view.

Filtered results are available for download in PDF form using the export option in top right of the page, allowing for easy review and comparison of customised reports.

This dashboard focuses on four key areas to empower your decision-making:

• Volume and Output: Track the number of deliverables, project counts, and monthly trends.
• Operational Efficiency: Access metrics like time-to-delivery, review durations, and revision cycles.
• Creative Typology: Explore a detailed breakdown of asset types.
• Platforms and Formats: Monitor the distribution of assets across platforms and formats to ensure alignment with your goals.
