Briefing Updates

Copy variations named in brief

You now have the power to name your briefed-in copy variations - just use the 'Add copy' modal and take control.

Name changes applied to copy variations in the brief will seamlessly update across all relevant pages (creative pages & review page) and downloads. This applies to existing projects as well, as long as they haven't entered the 'Copy Variations' stage.

This update lets you clearly define variations in your creative from the start.

Removing assets in project brief  

New updates to the 'Assets' section of the project brief aim to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

We've built a new Multi-Select Asset Tool, making batch asset removal smoother than ever.

• No more 'Delete' button - now, simply hover over an asset to see a select icon.
• Once you select an asset, a delete bar appears, allowing you to choose and remove multiple assets at once.
• A "Select All" option appears for quick removal of all uploaded assets, which switches to "Deselect All" when clicked.
• To prevent accidental asset removal, a confirmation modal now prompts you to confirm the action.

Review & Delivery Updates

Overlays and Safezones in compare mode

The platform overlay and safezone settings are now available in compare mode, aiding parallelisation during the QA process.

Each setting can be toggled on and off against deliverable versions independently while in compare mode. Applied settings persist when navigating between compare mode and single mode.

Download CreativeX report

The latest update to our CreativeX integration introduces a brand-new CreativeX button in the side navigation on the creative pages. When clicked, a panel opens showing a preflight summary and an option to download the CreativeX preflight report as an XLSX file.

The results table in export updates as new deliverables and versions are assessed, so you will always have the most up-to-date information at each download.

"Deselect all' deliverables option when creating a variation

When creating a variation, all deliverables were selected by default. With larger projects where there might be upwards of 100 deliverables selected, this was problematic if only a portion of those deliverables are needed for the new variation.

When creating a variation, you can now:

• Select all deliverables
• De-select all deliverables
• Select deliverables one by one
