Sibi Savings Statistics

Our Property Management Experience Team is excited to introduce the new Order Statistics feature, offering a detailed overview of your spending over the last 7 days. Head to the Orders tab to explore this enhanced savings experience.

But that's not all! Now you can track your savings per order directly on the Order Detail Page. Simply click into your order to view the estimated savings based on market prices.

Notice something different? Say hello to our new properties page 👋!

You now have the flexibility not only to sort your columns but also to customize which columns are displayed.

You’ll also notice we gave the properties detail page a major face lift. With the new design you can see all of the property details and asset information. If there's a property you frequently access, simply favorite it to have quick access from your homepage.

Return Request

Returns are a hassle, that’s why we made the return process that much simpler!

Once an order status is updated to Delivered, you will have the option to select Return Product. From there, a message will be sent to the Sibi team letting us know that a return will need to be initiated. We might ask a few further questions depending on the manufacturers return policy.

We have just improved our order status update emails to keep you better informed about where your order is.

When we receive an update for your order, we will communicate it to the ordering user and primary contact on the order (excluding the resident).
