Improvements overview
We have redesigned the identity verification process to ensure that every user is correctly identified on the first attempt. SMOWL now allows for the direct upload of image files (front and back), eliminating the need to rely solely on the webcam for optimal image clarity.
In addition, we’ve introduced a mandatory selection step between ID card and passport with improved visual guides. This eliminates ambiguity in the workflow and drastically reduces errors caused by incorrectly selected documents.
