This week, we’ve made 7 updates. Here are the highlights:

  • Added new Metal Print Size (16x32) and new Frame option for Floating Gallery Wraps.
  • Added an "Add New" shoot type button to contact Forms
  • Added support contact information to the login page.
  • Shoot Workflows correctly populate questionnaire links in Workflow emails.
  • Room images can be uploaded to a VIPS gallery again.
  • Fixed an issue where choosing zero shoot types, or skipping the shoot type selection, created a form with an empty shoot type dropdown.
  • Fixed Images overlapping in a gallery slideshow.

  • Improved image quality for Gallery Covers by increasing the output size.
  • Improved performance when creating Email Marketing Lists with large numbers of contacts.
  • Fixed an issue causing new user brand domains to sometimes be assigned random strings instead of the brand name.
  • Fixed an issue causing contracts added within a shoot on mobile to be saved as global contracts instead of being applied to the shoot.
  • Fixed an issue causing contact photos to be missing when adding an existing contact to a lead.
  • Fixed an issue causing new orders created via Quick Options to be set to a published state.
  • Fixed an issue where irrelevant print options were shown for FPL lab items in the visualizer.
  • Fixed an issue causing new emails not to be registered in the Placeholder Gallery after a page refresh.
  • Fixed an issue causing an Email List count to display as 0 when saved as a draft.
  • Fixed an issue causing images to not load after converting IPS Galleries to Proofing Galleries.

This week, we’ve made 8 updates. Here are the highlights:

  • Fixed an issue causing Schedulers to intermittently not save properly.
  • Made the auto-generated Client usernames consistent throughout the software.
  • Made further improvements to the processing time for large CSV lists being imported into Email Marketing Campaigns/Lists.
  • Fixed a weird interaction between Booking Proposals and Stripe that would incorrectly mark Orders as paid.
  • Fixed an issue causing imported recipients from being properly applied to an Email Campaign List in some cases.
  • Made it so two (or more) Contact Forms can co-exist on the same page and render correctly, instead of being semi-merged together.
  • Fixed an issue causing Booking Proposal Templates to expire in 0 days.
  • Contact Form details will now correctly include details from conditional fields.

This week, we’ve made 14 updates. Here are the highlights:

  • In Zapier, we added two new fields when creating a New Lead: Lead Status and Inquiry Date. (Requires an update to version 2.1.0)
  • You can no longer cancel or trash Contracts with signatures.
  • In the package builder modal, image cropping will now display correctly. Also, when removing or changing the image, it will be reflected immediately.
  • Importing Contacts via CSV has received significant speed increases.
  • Fixed an issue causing a rounding error for sales tax in reports.
  • Made some adjustments to how session persistence works or users getting logged out at random.
  • Redesigned the discount distribution system for packages to better maintain the ratio of a discount to each item's contributions to the final overall package price, to avoid oddities with sales tax.
  • Fixed an odd experience with adding items of quantity 0 and -1 to the card when ordering in the Shop.
  • Fix for Booking Proposals sometimes getting duplicate URLs.
  • Quick Buy thumbnails will now correctly use the image initially clicked on.
  • Gallery expiration dates no longer shift by a day after being applied.
  • Contact Form details attached to a Lead will now correctly include conditional fields.
  • Updated the wording in the Expense modal to hide/show the tax.
  • Fixed an issue causing curly braces inside of Email content to sometimes cause the email modal to not open properly.

  • On the Gallery list page, "Preview" and "Publish/Unpublish" menu options have been added to the ellipses menu.
  • Applying Booking Proposal templates with an expiry of 0 days will no longer break the Booking Proposal.
  • The "Contact" list, when composing an email, will now scroll when appropriate.
  • Made further improvements in the reliability of Sprout Assistant Gallery reminders.
  • Fixed an issue where the notion of 'Today' was off in some cases for Sprout Assistant reminders.
  • The "Schedule Custom Date" workflow task type will now apply properly to Leads/Shoots.
  • WHCC Lab tracking will no longer show duplicate tracking numbers.
  • Fixed an issue using the 'Reorder' feature on line items within an Order.
  • Detaching an Order from a Shoot will no longer break the "attachment" menu, allowing you to immediately reattach the Order.
  • Fixed an issue causing Galleries with extremely high numbers of images (i.e. 13,0000) from loading properly.

  • If a Date includes a location, it will now be synced to Google Calendar when available.
  • Fixed an issue causing Booking Proposal reminders to fire even if disabled.
  • Deleting an Email to send a Questionnaire will no longer delete the Questionnaire and any associated responses.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate Lead Close reasons on a Lead.
  • The names of files selected for Packages will now display correctly on the backend of an Order.
  • Abandoned Cart Orders that are manually published will now clear their abandoned status.
  • The Quick Actions menu in a Lead or Shoot will now work as expected across all sub-pages (i.e. Emails, Dates)
  • Adding multiple Shoot Types as filters when building a recipient list for Email Campaigns will no longer generate a security error.
  • The Business Health reports will now show the correct formatting for various currencies.
  • Fixed an issue causing curly braces in Email Signatures to cause some issues when processing the contents.
  • The Portal Access emails will no longer be sent out twice.
  • Editing a Shop within a Pricelist will now accurately indicate when you are in Automatic vs DIY mode.
  • Trashed Questionnaires will no longer appear on the One Page.
  • Fixed an issue where, in some cases, the [[shoot_type]] variable would be populated by the Shoot name instead.
  • Expired Galleries will no longer be provided as replacement options within a Design Proof.
  • When creating a new Scheduler within a Booking Page, it now correctly attaches to the Booking Page.
  • Lead Referral Source on Contact Forms will now properly populate on the Lead created by the Form.
  • Fixed a visual bug when creating a manual payment on an Invoice, causing the Shoot Date to appear as TBD.
  • The Country List on Contact Forms will now sort alphabetically. In some cases, Bermuda would appear at the bottom.
  • Fixed an issue causing CSRF tokens to sometimes be invalidated, leading to the appearance of being logged out.
  • Accidentally hitting the save button twice in a Questionnaire/Contact Form will no longer result in duplicated fields.
  • The [[next_date_*]] line of variables will now send out in the correct timezone consistently.

  • Added a dedicated button within a Gallery to remove images only from a set of favourites rather than deleting them completely from the Gallery.
  • Fixed an issue causing intermittent image upload issues inside Designer Email Templates.
  • Adjusted the New User registration flow to support all the same special characters that Cognito does for passwords.
  • When directly uploading new files to an automatically fulfilled digital order download set, the images will correctly live update once uploading is complete.
  • Corrected two typos present in the default text for the "Questionnaire Submitted" assistant email.
  • The One Page button was added back in!
  • Corrected an issue causing Reports to be inaccessible in some cases.
  • Synced dates will no longer automatically include Client details as a note.
  • Fixed an issue causing Emails generated by Workflows to not be editable in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue causing unique URL generation for Booking Proposals to sometimes fail.
  • Made some adjustments to response handling for both Stripe and Square.
  • For the Additional User flow, we fixed an issue that happened when the default username was changed during the initial account confirmation step.
  • Fixed an issue causing the wrong background to display in the Shop Preview while editing a pricelist.
  • Lightly refactored Google Calendar syncing to speed it up.
  • Fixed an issue causing some users to be unable to detach SSO from their account.

  • Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause duplicate folders to appear when creating a Gallery using a Gallery Template with folders.
  • Fixed an issue for inaccurate crop display for Pricelist images.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause tasks from a Lead Workflow to persist once the Lead booked into a Shoot.
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes a status change workflow task would leave an associated email stuck in TBD.
  • Additional Users can now correctly use a Brand's Gmail outbound email sender when the sender was created by another User on the account.

  • Closing a Lead will now allow you to specify a reason.
  • You can once again add referral sources to a Lead.
  • When initially attaching a Scheduler to a Date, clicking the 'Visit' button will now take you to the correct URL.
  • The text in the Shop Header will now correctly adapt for Dark Mode Galleries.
  • Passwords containing the dash character will no longer be considered invalid.
  • Fixed an issue causing Zapier to not correctly pull Shoot Types from Sprout.
