At Sprout Studio, we are dedicated to enhancing your experience. We’re always striving to improve.
For 546 weeks (and counting), we’ve been tirelessly committed to the photography community, ensuring Sprout remains the top all-in-one business solution for photographers. Each week, we bring you new improvements.
Here are the 17 updates we’ve made this week:
- When you click “back” in your browser, if you came from a list page, it’ll remember which page you were on so you don’t have to go through the list again.
- The subscription modal is now more engaging and we improved the trial bar, credit card form validation, and removed the need to refresh the page.
- In-app notifications for new Leads show the Lead’s name, making it easier to identify them.
- We added a “Retry Payment” button to the Billing Settings page for users with past due invoices, so you don’t need to contact support.
- Payment Methods now have a default icon for easier recognition.
- Workflows Emails sent to a “Dynamic Specific User” will no longer appear as if the Contact was deleted.
- Email Marketing Merge Wizard now has better duplicate recipient checking when comparing manually added Contacts with auto-added/imported ones.
- We fixed an issue where importing Contacts into an Email Campaign or Email List and then running the Merge Wizard would remove the Contact entirely.
- Uploading images to a new Designer Email that uses an existing Designer Email Template now works correctly.
- Outgoing emails will no longer break due to excess whitespace characters in the subject line.
- Sending a test version of an Email Campaign Email will clearly indicate that it is a test and the ‘View in Browser’ link will be replaced with static text.
- Dates created on the days when DST changes occur will now only apply the one-hour shift to times in the AM, not PM.
- Unsubscribing or removing Gallery guests’ emails in an Email Campaign will now accurately remove only the selected recipients.
- Saving a draft email will no longer display a “contact deleted” tag on the email list page.
- You can no longer send an email without an address, making recipient validation more logical.
- Packages set to $0 will now correctly appear as $0 in the shop preview.
- We clarified the popup that you get when you run out of storage and try to upload images into a Gallery.
