Added the address field to an inquiry date and 3 more updates

• The 'View' button updates correctly when you change a design-proof URL.
• Placeholder galleries with quotation marks in their names now display perfectly on the front end without issues.
• Navigation settings on a gallery template are now saved and applied as expected.
• You can now add an address to an inquiry date for better organization.
