Based on user feedback, Range Plan Workflow status options have been updated to Complete/ Incomplete

Range Plan Calculations now accomodate lookup rules with text outputs, not just numeric values.

• Set up lookups that return text results instead of being limited to numerical outputs
• Store and update product fields directly from text-based lookup outputs

Just a quick update on a recent change to the filters in Style Arcade!

The Exclude function is a new feature that has recently replaced the previous Select All button.

Here's how the updated filters work:

• By default, when no options are selected, all filter options are included in your report or view. This is how the Select All button previously functioned.
• When you select specific options and click Done, only those selected options will be shown.
• When you select specific options and click Exclude, the selected options will be removed from the report, leaving the rest visible.
• To return to showing all filter options, simply click Clear and then Done.

The Range Plan has been upgraded to enable custom product card layouts, giving you more flexibility to view and prioritise the product information that matters most to you.

• Customise your layout - edit the layout of fields and metrics on the Product Info tab.
• Prioritise key information - move the fields and metrics you use most to where you need them.
• Create a view that works for you - tailor the Product Info layout to suit your workflow.

Rollups Calculations have been upgraded to give you more flexibility to build and customise calculations for deeper reporting and analysis. ✨

• Calculations in calculations - use existing calculations within new calculations.Example: Mix % variance = Sales Mix % − Stock Mix %
• Customise calculation output type - choose how your calculation is displayed, such as changing a % output to units.
• Use constants - add your own constants into calculations.Example: Sales Units × 120% (1.2)
• Multiply function - multiply values within your calculations

Custom Metrics now support days ✨

You’re no longer limited to week-based windows. Custom Metrics can now be configured using X days or X weeks, giving you more flexibility and precision when analysing performance.

Range Plan Allocations just got an upgrade ✨ now in a dedicated tab within the Product Drop form for faster access and improved visibility.

We’re excited to introduce you to Custom Fields - a new way to analyse products beyond the limits of source-system hierarchies.

Custom Fields unlock the ability to:

• Create your own hierarchies & attributes in product details and group products your way
• Filter and report on custom fields instantly without downtime
• Customise how product information appears in the product detail page

The Product Forecasting tool has been upgraded with new features.

Similar product forecasts

Link a comparable product to guide forecasts for new or low-history items.

Custom Timeframe

Apply forecast settings to a specific period rather than the entire future timeframe.

Rollups Subtotals Mix % is here! Giving you more flexibility in how you analyse your data.

You can now view either option individually, or display both side by side:

• % of Subtotal each secondary group contribution within primary groups (new)
• % of Grand Total each secondary grouping contribution to the overall total (existing view)

This gives you both a high-level view and a more detailed category breakdown, depending on your needs.
