We're delighted to introduce a new group of ‘All Time’ metrics in Style Arcade, designed to give you a complete view of a product’s lifetime performance, regardless of any date range filters applied.

Sales & profit

  1. Sales units after returns (all time)
  2. Full price sales units after returns (all time)
  3. Markdown sales units after returns (all time)
  4. Sales $ before returns (all time)
  5. Sales $ after returns (all time)
  6. Gross profit $ after returns (all time)
  7. Gross profit % after returns (all time)

Stock & performance

  1. Purchase order units received (all time)
  2. Available to sell units (all time)
  3. Sell through % (all time)
  4. Average weekly sell through % (all time) (calculated as Sell through % (all time) / No. weeks active)

We are super excited to introduce the following metrics to help you better track & manage future orders.

  • Next Receive Date: Date of the next arriving purchase order
  • Next Receive Units: Bought quantity of the next arriving purchase order
  • Next Receive @ Cost: The cost value of the next arriving purchase order
  • Next Receive @ Retail: The retail value of the next arriving purchase order

👉 Note: "Next receive" refers to the closest future purchase order information of unreceived purchase orders (ignoring unreceived units from a past date).

Templates & Saved Views now unified under Reports!

Starting Tuesday 3rd September 2024, Saved Views will be renamed to Saved Reports. You can conveniently access both Saved Reports and Templates via the Reports button, making it easier to manage and navigate.

Note: your current saved views & templates will be carried over automatically so not to worry!

In the Products tab & Reorder tool, you can now complete your reorder workflows by adding your products directly to the Range Plan!

This feature is available in the Products Tab actions button, and within the Reorder tool.


Product details that will populate are:

  • Product name
  • Product code
  • Cost price
  • RRP
  • Image

Bulk Update Products Codes in Range Plan

You can now bulk update product codes in the Range Plan!

Simply click on update multiple products from file:

  • Have these 2 columns ready in your Excel: existing product codes (required field) & updated product codes
  • Match your headers to the fields to complete the update

Note: To update product code for specific drops, tick the product info to specific delivery date option at the beginning before continuing.
