We’re excited to share the latest updates in Sumtracker, packed with improvements based on your feedback!
Introducing New Stock Transfers
We’ve made significant improvements to the stock transfer process:
- Stock transfers now have a two-stage workflow similar to Purchase Orders.
- You will now have greater visibility into each stage of the transfer, such as if the products have left the source warehouse, are in transit, and if they have been received.
- You can now receive stock transfers in staggered shipments and create Goods Received Notes (GRN) for each part of the shipment. This makes tracking the details of when and which products were received, for better oversight, much easier.
- The bulk upload option has moved. Previously located on the stock transfer list, you’ll now find it inside the stock transfer form itself for convenience.
For full details on how to use the new stock transfer features, refer to this help article.
Old Stock Transfers
To maintain clear records, we’ve moved previous stock transfers to a separate list. You can access them by navigating to More Options > Old Stock Transfers. This helps distinguish between current and historical stock transfers with ease.
Stock Adjustments
- Stock adjustment now uses a one-tab view, simplifying the workflow and navigation.
- When products are added to the adjustment form, their default quantity is blank instead of 0, allowing for more accurate data entry.
- The PDF/print generated for stock adjustments and stock transfers now boasts a new professional design for a cleaner look.
Revamped Bundles List
- You can view component details directly from the bundle list without needing to go into each bundle individually.
- Adjustable column widths in the list provide flexibility to customize your viewing preferences.
We hope these updates enhance your experience with Sumtracker and make your inventory management more efficient. Keep your feedback coming—we love to hear from you!
