Release notes January 13th 2025

The updates in this version are related to Product List, Bundles list, and Inventory (formerly Stock by Location) pages. We are also introducing a new report called Consolidated Inventory report.

Inventory figures removed from Product List page

Inventory will no longer be displayed on the Product List page

Check inventory on the following pages:

• Inventory Page (previously Stock by Location): For checking inventory at each warehouse separately
• Consolidated Inventory Report: For checking consolidated inventory across all warehouses

Reason for change:

• Product List has a new cleaner look displaying only product details
• Consolidated inventory provides a more accurate view across all warehouses

Introducing Consolidated Inventory Report

This is a new report for checking consolidated inventory across all warehouses. There are 2 ways to access this report.

From Product List page

Product List > Consolidated Inventory Report

From Reports page

Access it from Reports > Stock section > Consolidated Inventory for all Warehouses

Please note: This report does not have bundles inventory. Refer to bundles list to access inventory report for bundles.

Redesigned Product List

We’ve redesigned the product list with following changes

• Inventory figures are removed and moved to consolidated inventory report
• Pagination options moved to the bottom of the table
• Primary filters are now outside the Filters popup for easier access
• New Bulk options allow you to Archive, Unarchive or Delete any number of products at once
• Columns can be resized and pinned to the left or right
• Lead time and notes can now be edited directly in the table
• The Print List and Archived products list options have been removed

Please note: Archived products can be accessed directly from the product list by applying the archived products Filter on top of the table.

Stock by Location renamed to Inventory

• The Stock by Location page is now called Inventory.
• Reason for Change: To avoid confusion and provide a direct view of inventory on this page since inventory data has been removed from the Product List.
• You can now directly click on the Incoming field of a product to open the Purchase Logs Report, providing detailed information about the status of incoming stock.

Redesigned Bundles List

Redesigned with the following features

• Added bulk selector for bundles. You can delete any number of bundles in bulk
• Columns can be resized and pinned
• New Pagination options introduced at the bottom of the list

Purchase Orders

• Ship by time will now be printed on Purchase Orders.
