Phone Integrations within Swivel

Swivel offers two integrations to phone providers: Intulse and Ring Central. Features of these integrations can include: click to call, log phone calls into the Swivel Phone Log automatically, pop up alerts of the contact in Swivel for the contact that is calling you, and more. Updates to Our Mobile App - Swivel Connect

The Swivel Connect calendar experience has been updated on our mobile application. Users can now view all day events, select view options of: day, 3-day, and month, as well as select & view other user's calendars.

Other Enhancements

• Store additional information related to Addresses in the "Remarks" field
• Updated view of All Day appointments and events in the Swivel Calendar (web application)
• Swivel Summary Snapshot Totals are now configured by product values
