Check out the ways we are working to make your day-to-day tasks and processes more efficient with Swivel! With quick ways to search or create contacts as well as view your opportunities, Swivel helps you get your to-do list, DONE. ✅

Release Highlights

Quick Search for Contacts

Search for contacts from anywhere in Swivel by typing in the search bar found on the top navigation bar.

+Create Action Button

By selecting the +Create button on the top navigation bar, users can now create a new Contact, Opportunity, Appointment, Carrier or Institution, and even a new Vendor from anywhere in Swivel.

Opportunity Board View

The Opportunities Board View can now be found on the Opportunities tab. By breaking down each sales stage in a given pipeline and showing each individual opportunity as its own card, it gives a clear understanding of where a contact is in your sales pipeline and allows you to take action to help your contacts progress. Users can drag and drop, filter, search, and export opportunities from this view.

Household Name on Contact Export

When exporting a contact list from the Contacts, Leads, or Clients tab, users will now notice the column “Mailing Label”. This field includes the household association name if a contact belongs to a Household. If they do not belong to a household, this will pre-fill with their individual name. This is helpful when sending out mailers specifically, so that agents and staff can cut down on mailing costs and mail to an entire household at once rather than each individual contact.

Other Enhancements

  • Sort by Last Name in Contact Lists
  • Client Since Field now available under General Information in Contacts
  • Calendar Tab automatically keeps your Calendar View preferences
