We’ve redesigned the Swivel Sync onboarding and configuration experience to be simple, unified, and customer-led. Users can now setup, configure, and have a full dashboard access point of their Swivel Sync device and carriers.

Within the opportunity board view, users can now configure a Stale date within each sales stage. Configuring a stale date can bring attention to opportunities that have been sitting in a sales stage for an unwanted amount of time.

When sending text messages through Swivel, your contacts will receive and automated opt in message before they can receive messages from your account. Now, users can customize what they would like the opt in message to include or leave the default setting.
