Tasks

Tasks in Swivel have a new productivity-style experience that enhances how users manage outstanding work. Users can create tasks with additional fields like status, category, priority, and more while managing them in a list style or board view.

Recurring Calendar Events

Swivel now supports scheduling and syncing recurring events, allowing users to create, edit, and manage recurring meetings directly within Swivel or through synced Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar accounts. Recurring events are clearly marked across the calendar, dashboard, and contact records, and users can customize recurrence patterns or modify single events, future events, or entire series.

Referral Report

Users can now use our Referral Report found in the Reports tab to view contacts in Swivel that have a) given them referrals and b) who have been referred to them. Users can sort, filter, and export both of these reports.
