Compensation Upgrade

Commissions in Swivel is now managed as Compensation. This experience has also had several enhancements including:

• When adding commission entries, users can add a compensable amount either custom or to populate from a Register value on that product
• Update to managing split compensations
• Recurring compensable entries with end dates
• Agent Compensation – from the Compensation tab, the Agent compensation amounts are now reflected by the Register Value or commission value and also calculates the net compensation using a per period rate.
• Projected Commissions – from the Compensation tab, users will now see a tab for projected compensation by month.

Task Templates

Users can now create task templates in order to streamline entering task details. Task templates are created in Settings or directly from a new task you would like to save as a new template.

Group Workflow Assignment

Users can now assign either an individual user or a group of users to a workflow step. All users within a group will get notified of the assignment of that workflow step. To configure groups, navigate to Settings -> Account-> Groups.

Swivel Summary Estate & Snapshot Overview

Users will now see two new section overviews on the Swivel Sumarry: Snapshot and Estate. Snapshot Overview breaks down the Snapshot numbers by product. The Estate Overview shows an overview of any values mapped to Estate in each product.
