@ Mentions and In-App Notification Center

Users can now mention other users in their Swivel account to bring their attention to a note, task, comment or workflow. Once mentioned, users will be notified within our new in-app notification center and via email.

Manage how you receive the mention notifications through Settings -> Notification Preferences.

Designate Your Calendar Availability

Some users may prefer to designate blocks of time each day for specific types of meetings. Now within Swivel, use the Mark Availability on your calendar to designate times throughout your day and week so your team members know the proper times to book specific meetings.

Marketing Registration Page Update

Manage your registration list, event attendance, and event outcomes more efficiently with this upgraded view. Use the 3-dot action menu to call or text and event registrant right from this page.

Designate a Texting Phone Number

Contacts now can have both a primary phone number and a texting phone number. These numbers can be the same (shown below) or different depending on how you utilize each. If no Texting Number is set, text messages will send to the primary phone number.
