Attach Files to 1-to-1 Emails

When sending 1-to-1 emails to your leads and clients, users are now able to include attachments in their emails sent from their integrated Microsoft or Google Accounts.

New Advanced Filter Experience

Filtering your reports and lists across Swivel just got more streamlined with more filtering options available. Users can now use And/Or filter groups, enhanced operators within each filter option, as well as combine multiple conditions to be as specific as possible in the results they are looking for.

New Swivel Sync Carriers in Beta

The following carriers are now available to all customers to link with Swivel Sync and bring in policy values: Altruist, Americo, Atlantic Coast Life, Clear Spring, Delaware Life, ELCO Mutual, Liberty Bankers, Lincoln Financial and National Western Life.

Workflow Configuration Update

When creating or editing workflow templates, users will now see an updated view, including a new edit window, a more efficient drag and drop experience, as well as more options when selecting workflow step durations.

Webhook Enhancements for Events & Registrations

Contacts created via webhook to marketing events now default to "Registered" status, while vendors can also provide and update attendance statuses and event details—including dates, times, time zones, and venues—when creating new events.
