Trail Evo: The next step in smarter operations

Trail Evo is designed to bring clarity and control to your day-to-day work by combining everything you need in one place. With centralised policies and procedures, instant answers from Copilot, and real-time notifications, Trail Evo helps your team stay aligned and get things right every time.

What’s new in Trail Evo?

Along with the Trail features you know and love, Trail Evo introduces three powerful capabilities:

  • Policies and Procedures: A central location to store policies, procedures and other essential documents. Everything is organised and available when it matters most, helping your staff act quickly and stay aligned.
  • Copilot: Your AI assistant gives instant answers when questions come up. Copilot pulls information directly from your stored documentation, so your team can find the right guidance in seconds. No guesswork, no delays, just clarity when it matters most.
  • Push Notifications: Stay informed with real-time alerts through the Access Evo app. Key actions, exceptions and new policy assignments reach your team instantly so nothing slips through the cracks.

Head to the Ideas Portal to share your feature suggestions directly with our Product Team. You’ll be notified if your idea is picked up, and you can vote on ideas that matter to you. The more votes an idea gets, the more likely it is to happen, so start sharing and voting today!

🚀 What's new!

Trail has always let you schedule tasks by time slot, but until now, you couldn’t control the order within each slot. That often meant staff running from one end of the site to the other or scrolling to find what is most relevant.

Now you can arrange tasks in the order that works best.

For a single site, that might mean grouping tasks by area so that your team moves efficiently. For multi-site businesses, this feature is just as powerful. You can make sure the team starts with tasks most crucial for their time slot. The result: important work gets done first, operations stay consistent, and time is saved across every location.

Reordering tasks is easy:

  • Go to Manage Tasks.
  • Drag and drop tasks into your preferred order. Changes save automatically!
  • Teams will see the new order on their Complete Tasks page.

Want to take it even further?

If making sure the right tasks appear first in each time slot sounds useful, now is a great time to consider implementing task priorities.

Priorities enhance your reporting and keep the focus where it matters most. That means your teams aren’t just working efficiently; they’re working on what is most important.
