In this release, you get more time-saving flexibility to secure vendors for events without waiting on onboarding approvals, plus a handful of minor bug fixes.

Fixed
In this release, we've resolved several minor bugs across the platform.
Fixed
With this release, you can now set custom roles for your events and get more flexibility in how you approve and export timelogs.
Set custom event roles in Workspace settings
Included in the Plus plan
Previously, custom roles were configured by the Vantage team. Now you can manage custom event roles directly in Workspace Settings on the new Roles tab.
This way, you can assign the right people to the right roles and create exactly the roles your team needs.
More control over timelogs approval and export
Time management module
Timelog approval now works by date, not by week. Select a specific date or date range, and approved days are highlighted in green on the Timesheets grid.
You can export timelogs the same way, for any date or range, using your current view configuration.

This release brings a set of improvements to Timesheets, automatic saving of photos to your device gallery, and several minor bug fixes.

Vendor map view
Vendor Management module
The Vendors page now has a Map view. Toggle between map and list in the top-right corner to see your vendor network the way that works best for you.
Filters, search, and saved views all work in Map view, so the map updates as you narrow down your list.
Vendor onboarding form
Vendor Management module
You can now build and customize the vendor onboarding form directly in your workspace settings. Define the questions that matter to your shop, reorder them, and update them as your vetting process evolves.
Improved logic for addresses and assets
Included in all plans
We restructured how addresses and assets work across Vantage. Addresses are now standalone, reusable locations that can be linked to clients, opportunities, projects, events, and fixed assets.
You set an address on a client, and it carries over when you create an opportunity, project, or event for them. Fixed assets link to an address, and that address auto-fills when you assign the asset to an event.

You can now configure completion reports directly in Workspace Settings.
Configure completion reports in Workspace Settings
Included in the Plus plan
Admins can now create and manage completion reports directly from Workspace Settings, making it quick and easy to get each event type signed off the way you need.
Navigate to Workspace Settings > Events > Completion reports to get started.
You can create multiple completion report templates, each with its own name, completion flow, and set of questions. You decide whether the form requires manager approval after submission or whether submission completes the event automatically.
New
In this mobile release, we added the ability to attach and detach event flags.
Managing event flags
Included in all plans, available for Admin and Standard users
You can now not only see, but also add or remove flags from a specific event on mobile. On the event list you can see if the event has a flag already, and inside the event drawer, after a long press on the flag icon you can edit the flags.

Fixed
In this release, we improved event duplication so more data carries over when you create a copy.
Event duplication now copies more details
Included in all plans
When you duplicate an event, the copy now includes the address and people assigned to custom roles from the original event. You no longer need to re-enter that information manually.
You can also edit the event title before confirming the duplicate.
Improved
In this release, we made it easier to find events by location, gave you more control over how record IDs are generated, and fixed several issues. Read on for more details.
Filter events by city and state
Included in the Plus plan
The Events page now has City and State/County filters, so you can narrow your event list by location.
If you manage events across multiple cities or regions, you can filter down to exactly where you need to focus without scrolling through everything.
Auto-generate or manually enter IDs
Included in all plans
You can now choose how IDs work for each record type. Vantage can auto-generate them for you, or you can enter them manually.
This is set per entity type, so you can let Vantage handle IDs for some records and keep manual control where it matters.
