Sometimes a customer wants a price on paper before they're ready to place the order. Checkout can now do exactly that.
Quote first, order later
Build a cart at checkout as usual, then select Send Quote and choose Download as PDF… or Email to Customer…. The customer gets a clean, professional PDF with line items, shipping, tax, the quote total, and a signature line. Nothing is placed, reserved, or charged. When they're ready to buy, run the same cart through checkout for real.

The Customers list has a refreshed design that shows more at a glance: groups, organizations, types, and labels right on each row. The help menu now includes What's New?, which opens this very news feed from inside Velocity. And Zapier v1.16.0 adds a Rep Created trigger.
