Our new spend report feature allows customers with Premium Procurement to seamlessly integrate their accounting and finance data from platforms like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage Intacct. Gain access to both aggregate-level and individual supplier reporting.
Export accrual-based or invoice/cash-based reports effortlessly. The default accrual spend view amortizes the entire contract amount over its duration, providing insights into whether you are underpaying or overpaying at any point in the contract. Switch between time frames or view a 12-month trailing perspective for historical data analysis. Drill down into reports for detailed transaction information or switch to an invoice view to see cash outflows.How This Helps Customers
Customers who add-on Premium Procurement will have access to these new reports. Customers using our old integration style will receive communication to update however we will offer a grace period through Q2.

Hi there, now live is a new workflow plan type called "Other"!
Unlike the "New Purchase" and "Renewal" templates, this workflow plan has no required questions or steps so you can use it for procurement-adjacent processes that do not result in contracts, like NDA collection or security reviews.
How it Works:
When clicking the "Create template" button on the workflow templates page you will see "Other" as a new workflow type. The only requirement you will see is that the template has an intake form by default. This intake form is blank for you to customize as you see fit.

We have made some significant improvements to the workflow builder panel. Learn more below!
Document Visibility: Documents are now much more prominent, no longer tucked away in the questions section. You can now specify which documents and their types should be uploaded throughout the workflow. Those types are automatically added to the document when uploaded.
Flexible Step Reordering: You can now rearrange questions, documents, and tasks within the plan using a drag-and-drop interface. No more deleting and starting over!
Enriched Descriptions: You can now add detailed instructions for approvers by incorporating descriptions and links to any document, question, or task.
Intuitive Design: All this and a more intuitive interface that clearly displays the type of question being added.

To reflect that, we've simplified default workflow templates in Vendr to make it easier to get your company set up and go the next time you're building a template from scratch.
