🚀 Introducing Order Booster

We have released a powerful new tool designed to help increase conversions and lift your average order value: Order Booster.

With this feature, customers will see a real-time prompt during online checkout showing how close they are to qualifying for free shipping. The system automatically calculates and displays whichever target they’re nearest to:

  • Number of bottles still needed
  • Dollar amount left to reach the minimum

📨 Tracking Email Engagement

Introducing Email History - Get the full picture of member engagement.

View a complete record of emails sent to each member, including opens and link clicks, right from their profile. NOTE: This will only show for the last 90 days of emails sent, but will start adding from this point forward.

⭐️ New Member Filter - Special Discounts

We're introducing a new way to instantly view which members have exclusive pricing or discounts applied - no more manual searching.

POS Updates


🔎 POS View

Quickly jump from an order to checkout with the new POS View button. From the dashboard, just click POS View to open the order, making it easy to close out or mark as picked up.


🍷 Happy Hour Discounts

Happy Hour just got an upgrade! You can now set Happy Hour discounts by location - making it easy to offer unique specials at each of your Tasting Rooms.


💵 Automated Gratuity/Service Charge

Make checkout smoother and more consistent with our new Automated Gratuity option.

Easily set a default gratuity percentage in your POS settings, and it will automatically apply it to all POS orders - excluding To-Go and Club orders. No extra steps needed! It will print on receipts, and allow customers to add extra gratuity if they wish.

Need to override the gratuity charge? Simply navigate to your 'Modify' section and toggle 'No Auto Gratuity' on.

🖥️ POS Only Display on POS

Easily determine which of your wines on the POS are Tasting Room exclusive wines. When you set your wine to be 'POS ONLY,' a POS flag will appear over the item on the POS screen.

❌ Zero Inventory Items will Not Display on POS

Keep your POS menu clean and accurate with items automatically hidden once inventory hits zero. Prefer more control? Adjust which product types are removed in POS settings.

Ensure your POS menu is always up to date.

💰 Coupons Unique to POS or E-commerce

Easily customize where your coupons can be applied. Choose to make them valid exclusively at the POS or only through your eCommerce checkout, giving you more control over promotions and how they're redeemed.

Club Updates

📆 Update the Date & Status a Club Order was Picked Up

Easily adjust the pickup date or status on club orders to ensure your records always match when the wine actually leaves your winery.

Reporting Updates

📊 Tendered Items in Inventory & End of Day Reports

Quickly see which products were given away, damaged, or used for marketing with a new column that tracks tender items and tender type in the End of Day Report. This is on the EOD report from the POS.

📦 Inventory Report Export Button

You can now export your full inventory list into a spreadsheet in just one click. Choose to export by a single location or combine all locations into one file—making it easier than ever to review, analyze, or share your data. Look for the new Export Inventory option in your dashboard and get started today!

Support Updates

🎥 CoView Feature in Help Chat

We're excited to roll out CoView, a new integrated tool in our chat support that makes it easier than ever for us to understand and resolve your requests.

With CoView, you can securely share screenshots or screen recordings right in the chat. You'll also have the option to blur sensitive information, highlight areas, and add comments to clearly show what you need help with.
