California's Bottle Bill - Charge CRV bottle fee at Checkout

VinesOS has a new functionality to assist wineries in compliance with the recently implemented California Bottle Bill. Starting Jan 1, 2024, wineries are obligated to pay a CA Redemption Value Fee (CRV) for DTC sales in California. The new bottle deposit rates for California are as follows:

• $0.10 CRV for 750ml bottles.
• $0.05 CRV for bottles 24 oz. or smaller.
