Improved Cycle Report

Hi there,

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved Cycle Report, now available for all clinics.

You can access the Cycle Report by going to a patient's treatment cycle tab and then clicking all cycles or active cycles and selecting the download button in the top right.

The previous version has now been labelled as Legacy, and we encourage all clinics to begin using the new report moving forward. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us during this transition, as we plan to fully retire the legacy report at the end of April.

This update brings a range of enhancements designed to improve clarity, usability, and clinical insight:

Clear visual monitoring:

Cycle data is now presented through intuitive charts, including follicle scan data, hormone levels, and medication timelines. This replaces the previous data-only format with a more accessible, visual overview of the full cycle.

More detailed follicle tracking:

You can now view lead follicle sizes per ovary (right and left), total follicle counts, as well as endometrial thickness and grading — all captured day-by-day within a structured grid.

Integrated medication timeline:

Medicine and hormone administration are now mapped directly against cycle days, making stimulation protocols easier to follow within the report itself.

Improved cycle tracking:

Each report now includes a clearly labelled cycle number (e.g. “Cycle 5”), helping provide a more complete audit trail across multiple treatment attempts for the same patient.
