Next week we will be releasing an update to the letters and notes function.

Here's what's coming:

The formatting tools you’ve been asking for: We’ve overhauled our text editor to give you complete creative control. You can now:

• Style with ease: Choose text colors, use highlighting, and enjoy granular control over font sizing.
• Stay organized: Create bulleted, numbered, or interactive checkbox lists.
• Add visuals: Insert images directly into your notes and letters.
• Perfect layouts: Use improved text alignment and signature tools to ensure every document looks professional.

A smarter way to write: We’ve upgraded our workspace to be cleaner and more modern.

• Snippets & Variables: Use your saved snippets and Liquid variables directly in the new editor for faster drafting.
• Final Previews: When you send a letter, you will now see the final rendered version exactly as the patient will see it.
• Polished Interface: We’ve removed technical clutter for a distraction-free experience.

Better organization for your practice: Managing your templates and brand identity is now much more intuitive.

• Targeted Templates: Assign specific templates to brands, locations, or accounts so the right team always has the right forms.
• Alphabetical Sorting: Templates are now automatically organized by title, so you can find what you need in seconds.
• Streamlined Workflow: A new PDF-focused text editor makes handling information packages more efficient.

An improved patient experience: We’ve made it easier for patients to stay informed via the portal and mobile app.

• Portal Integration: Patients can now view their formal letters directly through the Patient Portal.
• Mobile-Ready Packages: Any information packages attached to letters can now be viewed directly within the mobile app.
