Cycle Notes Updates

We've improved how notes work across cycles. Notes are now easier to find, easier to add, and can be tied to the specific cycle and day they belong to!

"Notes" is now "Scratchpad"

The notes section in the cycles page has been renamed as the Scratchpad.

Notes can still be used for general, unstructured notes for the patient that don't need to be tied to a specific cycle day, or linked to a specific cycle day.

Cycle-specific, day-linked notes

There's now a dedicated Notes section at the bottom of the cycle page, separate from the Scratchpad. Notes here are tied to a specific day in the cycle, so you can build a running, day-by-day record.

Adding a cycle note from the Stim Sheet

Anything that you want tracked day-by-day — for example, a patient's AE, medication response, or a specific event during stimulation — can be linked to a specific day in the cycle.

• Open the Stim Sheet for the relevant cycle.
• Add your daily note on the relevant day by selected the + icon in the notes section:

• You'll see the cycle day highlighted at the bottom of the note:

• After you press "save and finalise", you'll find the note at the bottom of the cycle, linked to the day:

• The note will also show on the Stim Sheet:

New Table view for notes

There is now a Notes tab directly in the cycle. This can be switched between a chronological Feed view and a Table view, so you can sort notes by other fields such as cycle day or note creation date — handy for scanning across a cycle.

You can still add a note directly from the Notes section itself, and optionally link it to a cycle and select which cycle day.
