Subscribe to our new iCal feed to see upcoming events in your favorite calendar app. The feed syncs automatically whenever events change.

Share this link with your fans and followers so they never miss an event. Copy the feed URL from your account settings to get started.

Note: the feed currently includes public one-time events only.

Navigation update

We just released a new navigation bar. Here's what's changed: at the top you'll find three sections: Events, Orders and Insights.

Organisation-wide settings (Invoices, Marketing, Payments, Team, Templates and Design) can still be found in the top right, under your organisation name.

New integration: TicketSwap SecureSwap

Together with TicketSwap, WeTicket developed the SecureSwap integration. This allows TicketSwap to verify the validity of QR codes as soon as a WeTicket ticket is uploaded to their platform.

Once the ticket is sold, the original QR code is invalidated and a completely new ticket and QR code are generated with the personal details of the new owner.

All of this happens within a fraction of a second, and the new tickets are almost instantly available to the buyer. This process ensures that the buyer can access the show without any issues.

Share links that apply vouchers automatically

New on WeTicket: you can now share a direct link that opens the ticketshop with the voucher already applied!

Visitors open the link and the voucher is already filled in, so they get the correct discount or unlock the right tickets without any extra steps. Simple for you and smooth for them.

Examples:

  • Create discount buttons in Newsletters
  • Share voucher links via WhatsApp.

New on WeTicket: you can now unlock hidden tickets with a voucher code. This gives visitors direct access to special ticket types that only appear when a valid code is entered. Perfect for community promotions and controlled access (even after selling out).

New ticket page

We updated our tickets to give visitors and ticket scanners a much clearer and smoother experience.

The new ticket flow includes a few important improvements:

  • We show a ticket page instead of PDFs by default with the QR code prominently in the middle, this means no more zooming at the entrance
  • PDF tickets are still available on the ticket page if needed for printing
  • QR codes are lit up, for faster scanning in the dark
  • All tickets in an order appear together in one view so everything is easy to find
  • Cancelled tickets are clearly marked as cancelled on both the PDF and the ticket page

These updates make scanning quicker and the experience more relaxed for both visitors and staff.

View your active methods and payment fees, right from the interface. You can also activate additional methods such as Cards & Wallets.

Check it out by clicking your organisation name, then selecting Payments in the left menu.
