We updated our tickets to give visitors and ticket scanners a much clearer and smoother experience.

The new ticket flow includes a few important improvements:

• We show a ticket page instead of PDFs by default with the QR code prominently in the middle, this means no more zooming at the entrance
• PDF tickets are still available on the ticket page if needed for printing
• QR codes are lit up, for faster scanning in the dark
• All tickets in an order appear together in one view so everything is easy to find
• Cancelled tickets are clearly marked as cancelled on both the PDF and the ticket page

These updates make scanning quicker and the experience more relaxed for both visitors and staff.

You can now edit your shop’s slug, the last word in your event link that makes it unique.

Customize it to match your event name or branding to make your link cleaner and easier to share or simply to correct a simple mistake.

After duplicating an event you can also use this tool to fine tune the shop link.

During event creation you can now choose to save your event as a draft instead of publishing it. This lets you prepare everything at your own pace without making it public.

With preview mode you can see your shop exactly as visitors will, so you can adjust the design before it goes live.

Once everything looks right, publish your event and start selling tickets.

We’ve introduced some improvements to the events overview!

You can now easily search through both past and upcoming events.

Dates are displayed more clearly for events that run into the next morning, so schedules are easier to understand.

We’ve also added a clear tag in the event list to show whether an event is public or hidden.

And lastly, we’ve improved how this page looks and works on phones, since we know many of you check the portal during events from your mobile.
