You can find this overview in your insights in your event.

We've enabled exporting customer data to a CSV file, including age, postcode, phone number, and gender. You can find this option under Customers in your dashboard.

You can now search across WeTicket. Find guests, events, and orders in seconds. Results also include help center articles and our new AI navigation assistant, which takes you straight to the page you're looking for.

Keeping your data secure is our priority. That is why we introduced 2FA for WeTicket accounts.

With 2FA you receive a code by mail when logging in. This makes your account a lot safer. With 2FA, it is more practical (and safer) for each colleague to have their own account.
